Small business . Straight forward. Good for odd finds and everyday car parts.
Came here last summer to find some parts for my T1N sprinter. Even though
the young man at the counter did not have the part he did recommend me to a location that did! Helping me out.
This is a small family type business that takes time to deal with each customers issues. Phone service can be semi - informal but they still give you the information you need!
They are straight to the point and very helpful. Even though he was helping me taking time to find my item he did acknowledge the customer that came after me letting them know they were helping me and be with them when they could.

Always great service. Bought rims from them and a headlight assembly. They are always willing to answer any questions and resourceful for finding parts.

Disrespectful, Rude
No wonder why they have least ratings in the area.
Worst customer experience ever. Called to get a quote, the voice cut off for a second, I just asked 'sorry could you repeat', but he was just rude. I have been in customer service business myself for over 7 years now and we teach customer service and how to greet and talk to customers. Even, our new trainee would not talk like this. It was the owner I was talking too.

John and Steve are very honest and straightforward individuals. Spent the time to explain every detail and answer any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the business which is evident in the professional service they provide to customers.

I would go there again in a heartbeat, I was helping my buddy move home to Brampton when my alternator went I thought I would've been screwed pretty bad for price, but then I gave heart Lake used auto parts a call and they gave me a fair price and John helped me secure a part and even delivered it out to me, wouldn't have made it back to Kingston without y'all, thanks for your awesome services and I'll see you guys next time I'm broke down in Brampton

Amazing shop and service! I was referred here by a friend of mine after I was having an issue with 1 on of the windows on my car not working properly. To make the long story short, I was very satisfied with the service in getting my car window fixed!
