There are some greedy people out there, and unfortunately I know some of them. Worst people I ever dealt with. Bunch of scammers gathered together to take advantage of you. And not to mention, the arrogant lady at the desk, she doesn’t know how to treat people, not ready to listen anything, just says “pay or go”. Never wanna encounter such people ever again. Please beware of these scammers. The money you take from people for no reason is not gonna last long, it’s easy for you to say 500$ but people struggle a lot to earn every single penny. Greed can never be full filled.?

I had two different tow truck services fail to show up to get my car to a dealership - Hansen saved the day by getting to me about fifteen minutes after my call. Courteous, efficient service throughout at a great price.

I am park my car at 20 wilkson road in an emergency because my health is suddenly unconscious that's the reason I call the ambulance there go to the emergency I have all the reports and doctor notes with me I am ready to pay some amount or I am ready to give them ownership they need 200 something dollars with ownership of the car and she behave very very very rudely with us I am also not well I show my medical reports. Its very very disappointed. Emergency happened with anybody anytime. Very bad thing HANSEN TOWING

Beware of these scammers.. they are real thief who tow your car from outside the restaurant which is 24hours it’s on 15 Brisdale Brampton (sardarji restaurant ) on weekends even without any particular reason and authority. It’s on the cctv camera as well which is recorderd and I have report to police about the stolen car but police informed us it’s been towed by these real thief’s name as Hansen towing . They don’t have any explanation to give If you ask the reason for the same. The lady at the desk is extremely rude. They are ripping off your pockets. They said we received call from property management and upon asking the property management they said we haven’t complained. But I won’t stop here I will file a law suit complaint for harassment and even to Brampton by law as well. For them it’s easy to ask 600$ from someone to pay without any reason.
Be alert ? and aware of these scammers ?and theifs on the roads .

Worst service the towing guy was so rude that we standing in front of us he towed the vehicle when we try to stop him he just ran away and then when came to get my car they were very rude and taken 505 dollars scammer

March 2024, the short white guy towed my car and damaged my car. I spoke about it with the white girl collecting the money and she was very ignorant and rude because I spoke about it with her. $505 for towing and storage for 1 hours? If i am paying $505, you better make sure my car isn’t damage. Bunch of rude people working together. The worst towing company ever.

Had my car towed from Mississauga all the way to Midland and it was probably one of the best tow experiences I've had in the city. Lady on the phone was super nice, and buddy in truck was just as nice and laid back. 10/10 had a great experience
