Good news: the staff are very nice and theyre open everyday. But this is the THIRD time that they've given me only a partial amount of my medication. They say they give me 14 tabs, they give me 12. They say they give me 60 tabs, I get 38. Is this not illegal to steal someone's prescriptions meds ?? I can't believe it's come down to having to sit at the counter and count out every pill before you leave the door. Update: nothing was done.

The pharmacist guy here is very arrogant and refused me to the explain my medication as i requested. He doesnt know even how to talk to someone and ignored my concerns and asked the technician to explain the medication. Highly disappointed, will never come back here.

I went to this place with my grand mother few days ago, the pharmacist named Dipen Patel was super super unprofessional, he talked to my grandmother in a very rude way and refused to take her prescription as he said he don’t have any medication to give and asked me to take prescription to near by pharmacy. Heights of unprofessionalism!!!! His attitude is making me to write a complain about him to the pharmacy college so that idiots like him can learn a lesson.

Wow, seeing this many negative reviews makes me sad. Myself and my family have been long-term clients here and none of us can say an ill word about the pharmacist. He is always courteous, professional, and very understanding. He comes and talks to us one-on-one. He recently helped me out with a medication situation that will not be forgotten. Sometimes there are hiccups with the techs (don’t forget that they are human and are learning) but we all make mistakes. I will continue to come here.

Of lately find their services lacking professionalism and compassion. Went there today at 6.45 and they were closed even though their website said it is open till 7. After knocking on the door for about 10 mins and the tech totally ignoring I finally decided to call them to see if they pick up. Finally a pharmacist picked up the phone and let me in. I asked them the reason why they were closed before time they said the system did not work....really??? After showing displeasure they finally dispensed the product. The system worked fine as well. When inquired about the product availability over the phone I was told that they regularly carry the product. Only to find out today they did not have it but were able to cancel someone's else's order and gave it to me. Also, had to argue with them over dispensing the medication for multiple months when a refill has been ordered. The general practice seems to refill only for a month so they can charge dispensing fees every time rather then getting paid once. Their excuse was insurance company does not pay for multiple refills. When I told them that I already spoke to the insurance company then they refilled for 3 months.Better pharmacies with professional staff available in the area. So unless you want below par services, time to look beyond Gore IDA. I will take my business to a more caring and professional pharmacy.I am done with them. Adios!!!Based on your response, it is absolutely not correct. I was there at the store exactly at 6.45. I knocked at the door for 10 mins. The pharmacy tech saw me but refused to open at 6.45. Two other customers came and left as well. It was 15 mins before the regular closing time and not 6.55. Get the basics right from your staff. They are jot telling the truth and clsong the store before the close time. The same pharmacy tech lied that he said he will keep the product on hold for me if I gave the prescription. In fact, he did not mention anything on the phone about holding the product and had said it is a regular stock item and I can come.anytime to get it.

The service I received at Gore Pharmacy was excellent. I was measured and fitted with compression stockings. Gurleen was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.Everything was done in a timely fashion. She had many helpful tips on how to manage the wearing of my stockings. I will continue to return to this pharmacy for any future needs.
