Looch and Anshdeep are great staff, i been going to this location for over a decade now and was hesitant about joining classes, i got 21 day free Zumba class with Lorraine was so good I had to upgrade my membership..I love this gym!

Sep 2024: This message is to the manager or whoever orders the parts for the equipment. Can you please expedite the material and labour installation. It seems like it always takes months for 1 piece of equipment to be fixed, and it really shouldn't take that long if the material is local and the labour install is also a sub that is typ used to fix the equipment. Unless it's a special parts order, I'm not understanding the duration and lead times for equipment to be reinstated.
Also, Lou is a big part as to why I come to this location, she's warm and inviting.
Jan 2024: Would be nice if the staff cleaned more, it's irritating to see hair on equipment that you want to use and lots of dust on the floors. I like this location for how much equipment they have. Would be good if they fixed equipment in a more timely manner or replaced the older stuff that's worn down.
Update: the gym has definitely done more cleaning of the floors to correct the hair issues I've noticed, however, there are still lots of clumps of hair.

This is a great club, awesome staff, such as Kandace, Xavier, and Ritika. Only one issue i have is that there is not enough clips for the benches, I have to go around just to find one clip. So this campus should get more clips

The staff at the gym are really friendly and helpful. I always see Zavior at the front desk, and he never fails to greet me and ask how Im doing.

Zavior is an excellent associate. He always greets me and makes sure to ask me how my day is. He is great at making conversations so I feel extra welcome!! I stay coming to this location for him!

Kandace & Leanne are the best front desk staff! Anytime I come in they smile, wave, and always remind me to have a good workout. This is hands down the best GoodLife in the GTA!

Changing my review to 5 stars, fave goodlife location, only thing I would change is what plays on the tvs in front of the treadmills, usually I find the content very boring but thats okay i dont always pay attention to it.
