Placed a order, had to cancel it because we sold our store. Order was never canceled, order ended up shipping. Called my rep and found out she was no longer with Giftcraft because of restructing. I was never informed. After multiple attempts to reach the company to have the order picked up, I finally got through but nobody seem to know what was going on. Finally got someone that new how to handle the problem. She set up for pickup. Items were picked up, now I have been waiting 3 weeks for a credit to my cc. I have called multiple times again and left multiple messages with no response. I have messaged the senior regional rep and left multiple messages with the customer service rep that had helped me the first time. I understand thing take time, but I think they should be able to at least communicate with you the status of your account, or at least try to. I will not be referring this company to anyone ... it has been a headache for me!

Now I can’t say I purchased anything here or talk about their products because I didn’t look for any. I came here to see if they would work with my staffing agency and never have I had the pleasure of meeting such a sweet heart at the reception area. Mind you Susan was covering for someone who went on lunch but she was such a breathe of fresh air and gave me info about the company. She took her time, was super nice and very knowledgeable about their products. This is the type of person you would want to be the face of your company. Glad I walked in here. Didn’t get your business but glad I met such a wonderful person. ANNNND this company is so clean and well kept. You literally don’t want to leave once you walk in here!

Not good company below the standard, employee turnover ratio is very high. They expect humans to work with speed of machine. And always pressure employee to do more and more work for them. Unfortunately if employee has surgery and stitches they don't keep mercy and expect the same level of speed and performance. By chance if someone wish to go for study n wish to leave the job they terminate employees on same day in one hour.That type of environment is there .I strongly recommend people stay away with this company as buyer and as employee as well..No values for employee.Thanks.

The warehouse is full of non English speaking individuals. The workers tell you when you can and cannot go to the washroom. The workers speak to you disrespectfully and the management (Al) do absolutely NOTHING about it.I would never recommend anyone applying to work here… it is not worth the stress or disrespect knowing management lacks proper training and is very selective on who they discipline.NOTHING they speak about during orientation is in place in the actual workplace environment.
