Went in store to do a simple return. As someone who has worked in retail for 5+ years, to say I was shocked with the lack of professionalism and customer service, would be an understatement. The manager had a terrible attitude and absolutely ZERO customer service skills, based on reviews it’s clear i’m not the only one this has happened to. Would not recommend coming to this location.

The black lady working here is extremely rude .She don’t know how to treat their customers and was racist towards Indian.She was literally yelling at the other staff in front of the customers.So unprofessional .Garage should hire nice and friendly staff.

I dont want to give 1 star to service they provide.Today i visit here and the black lady with green cap,dont have any manners to treat customer.She was very rude.0 star for her and even she shouts at us.Never experienced such a bad service from garage.

This Asian tall girl with short hair and piercings, she was EXTREMELY rude to me, you can just sense how bothered and impatient she is when asking simple questions. I believe she might be the manager. But please hire nicer and more friendly staff, garage at BCC!!

Worst brand ever. I ordered the denim jacket and a shirt. The parcel never reached me. The delivery guy said he delivered it to my home. But none of the parcel was delivered. Will never shop there again. They all make excuses. The money I spent was just garbage.Guys please be careful when you are shopping on garage.

horrible customer service. went in to return as i’m in between sizes and had made a few exchanges on regular priced items. the associate (Ajaswi R) referred me to the store manager & questioned about the exchange and explained that i’m in between sizes as i did not try them on in-store. the manager stamped my receipt as final sale despite being a regular priced item. extremely dissatisfied with my experience at garage. will never be shopping at this location again

Garage has gotten insanely expensive, but the quality of the clothes has gone up too. They’re so cute. The sizing makes a lot more sense too.

When I walked in both employees stared at me weirdly, and no one greeted me. I was visibly struggling to look for sizes and was just stared at and offered no help. I asked if I could try something on and they said no. They explained that because the store was closing soon they shut the change rooms, mind you there were 40 minutes left until closing. I asked if this was their policy and she laughed and said: "no because the store wasn't busy I decided to shut the change rooms, you can just buy all this and return it." I explained that I came from far and wouldn't have time to shop this week, both employees showed no care and made zero exceptions. As someone who works in a high-end retail store, I was shocked by how bad this service was. They were simply being lazy and couldn't do their jobs. Something as simple as opening a door to the fitting room or saying hi seemed to be a challenge for them, I don't understand how people like this get hired. I will not come back to this location again.

No customers in the store when I visited was already an indication how popular this store was! My daughter purchased some stuff for $319.46 and I was told to pay "exact cash" because "we might not have change"!!!! LOL! So why are you running a store if you can't arrange for loose change from the bank? That, too, when pennies have been done away with. What do you think - you are the US consulate or what!! They even have a notice at the check out asking customers to pay only exact change. Then the cashier asked me if I wanted a bag for 10 cents. What!!! Really!!! Like, yours is not a cheap Walmart carry bag; it should be worth much more than 10 cents. Why do you want to "get famous" with these 10 cents? If it is such a big amount for the mechanics, sorry, owners, I might have left a 10-cent tip specifically for them but I have yet to learn to attain their levels of appreciating other people! I checked with the cashier girl and she confirmed that they have not yet started charging for the receipt or an entry fee to the store. Any day I want to ruin my mood, I will definitely be back at this store. And I will bring in a placard that would say "Sorry, didn't have 10 cents for the bag at the Garage" while walking out of the mall with my purchase on my arms!

The one claims she is the manager(one with braids, both side nose piercing) really needs to learn some manners and customer service. She was so rude without any reason and was rolling eyes if i was asking anything. Come on man, if we say something then you guys says we are racist or something, but you are taking advantage of this thing.

A girl named Shawday is extremely disrespectful and lacks customer service. Her tone is absolutely disrespectful, did not greet us nor help us out. All employees are useless and never help, seems like they just come into work to gossip and play with cloths.

My daughter and I went to get a discount since we had a coupon and this one employee named brittney seemed very racist towards us and was very rude to the point she told us to get out of her workplace. She claims she was the manager. Very bad service and rude employees .

I had same experience like the other two customers here. Those two particular girls are just their for fun. I don’t know why management is sleeping and ignoring reviews. Looks like they don’t care. And don’t want customers to come in. If zero star or negative stars would be an option. I would prefer to give that.

usually don’t care to read reviews for stores since customers complain about the smallest things and tend to exaggerate situations where they were actually the one in the wrong but i can say the reviews for this place are likely very, very truthful after what i just experienced.i called this location to ask about pairs of leggings i’d ordered online that were past the 30 days to return/exchange date. manager on phone told me i’d have to come into the store so that they could “see what they could do” but i explained i didn’t want to come in just to be told nothing could be done. i explained tags are attached, they’re unworn, and are in the same condition they arrived in and would be okay with a store credit but the manager on the phone said i still had to come in so that they could “see what they could do”didn’t say any of this over the phone because i am not the person to argue with employees but: i literally just provided all the information you need for you to tell me what my options are. why would i come in just to tell you the same thing i told you over the phone and then be potentially told that you can’t do anything at all? that’d be such a waste of time. when i called the square one location, they handled my situation perfectly by providing an actual answer so i’m unsure why at this location, the manager was so uncertain.as annoying as this all was i was still really respectful when asking questions since i work retail as well and know what it’s like to deal with annoying customers and didn’t want to be one of those annoying customers myself but what was crazy was that after i’d said “okay, thank you,” i was hung up on??? LOL no “have a nice day” or “no problem” what’s even crazier is that this was the store manager.i thought i was overreacting but i’m looking at the reviews for this locations and wow… and the fact that head office or whoever isn’t even replying to the reviews makes me question if they even care that the employees here are being rude to their customers.
