I brought my car for engine oil and brake pad change, after service was done by LKA auto repairs; car started showing electronic parking brake (EPB) light in dashboard. I requested the mechanic to fix it, mechanic told me it will go away after driving 40-50 kms. It is still showing light and when I apply electronic break, it feels like only one side of rear brake is working because car pulls in very unaligned manner, I am confident that mechanic did not attach one side of electronic break wiring at the rear wheel. On this visit, I also noticed that LKA auto garage owners shouting on employees and customers. I don't think anyone deserves to be shouted on. It does not matter if it is an employee or customer, no one deserves disrespect. This was my last visit to this auto shop, I am never going back again. Thank you.

Beware of trusting your car with these mechanics, especially if it’s valuable. They might deliberately create issues with your car to keep you coming back and paying for unnecessary repairs until you’re drained financially. I originally took my car in for a minor brake issue and ended up paying nearly triple for other “urgent” fixes they claimed were needed, even though my car was fine before.
One mechanic, in particular, was extremely unskilled and completely ruined my car, which is now undrivable. If you decide to use their services, you are doomed, they are careless and unprofessional.
Over the course of a week, I kept returning only to have my car’s condition worsen. When the owner, Zubeir, finally showed up after being away for days, he admitted he couldn’t figure out the issue and suggested I go to another mechanic. Instead of taking accountability for his staff’s mistakes, he avoided the problem altogether.
If you go here, stick to simple services like an oil change. Anything more, and you risk being overcharged, misled, and left with aftermarket parts that will only cause more problems. I regret ever trusting them with my car.

This guy doesn’t not anything , if you can’t fix the problem say no .don’t open anything in car and mess up everything and then say it’s not not solvable fault even though after you guys messed up everything other garage fixed it in 1 hour so if you don’t know how to fix car then close the shop rather than wasting everyone’s time.

Poor time Managment ,the they took my car for small repair as they said Its gone take only 2 hours, to give them extra time I left the car in morning, Afternoon when i Approached them to take Delivery ,they said its gone take one moreapproached day, next day when I Approached the shop i saw they have opened the steering with braking it system & there is big problem in braking System & need my permission to go Ahead The estimate they gave me when i dropped car was $250/- and now its more than $1000/- with one week time because they have to find part now. be careful they trap people with no Garuntee of when vehicle will be delivered

We phoned Gangat as we were in an emergency situation driving through Toronto with a 3 hour drive still ahead of us. We phoned them and they told us to come to the garage. They helped us when they were already very busy. We really appreciated it

Brought my BMW with multiple issues. Owner and staff rectified the problem. They allowed me to test drive for few days before making payment. No a call for payment reminder either. Service and quality at its best!

one of the worst shop in GTA. owner was really rude dont know how to treat the customer... he is doing real racism in shop..wasted my 7 hrs without doing any good job...dont waste your time here look for some good mechnic ..he only knows just to change your engine oil apart from that he have zero knowldge about cars.....worst experince i ever had...never visit here he will steal your money without doing anything
