I am extremely disappointed with this gym. It's ridiculously overpriced for the limited facilities they offer. The worst part is that they make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership once you sign up. I have been trying to cancel for months, but they keep charging me. Save your money and find a gym that values its customers.

Very unfortunate that less than one star is not possible. My dad attended the gym and I was present for the intake. They promised to provide a list of different meals he can eat but gave it many days later. My dad realized he wanted to stop personal training and switch his membership. The gyms policy is to let them know two weeks prior which he did. They continued to take money out of my account. I called them and explained the situation. They told me I’ll get a refund. I waited three weeks and nothing received. I called back and they said call your bank. My bank said the refund was not processed and seems like a fraud situation.The gym did not take any accountability. I recieved a receipt from them indicating the refund would be 455 dollars. I had to call multiple times to receive my refund and they refunded me 437 dollars which is less than what the refund receipt said. I’m tired of calling them and asking for my money. I would not recommend this gym because they make promises they cannot hold. I will continue to spread the word about the situation I had with this gym on different platforms to raise awareness.
Update on the review/situation: The owner contacted me and asked what happened. I explained the situation and he said that his company does not take money that is not theirs. He also said that 500 dollars doesn’t mean much to him so he is able to transfer me the remaining amount. He asked me to send my email for etransfer. I sent it. I have not received the refund. He also asked me to delete the review which I’m surprised about when they have not followed through on another thing.
