Ordered a cake a week ahead which was a seamless process, made sure everything was as it should be. Went through all the details, colours, name, age etc.
Received the cake with the wrong age printed and the name missing an important feature.
They offered to correct it but it would have been in icing not reprinted which would have made the error more obvious. I didn't realise the age was printed wrong until we were lighting the candles.

A little upset with how the floral department wrapped our roses.
For a dozen roses, I would expect elegant and classy look, but I don’t think the florist understood the assignment.

Clean, good selection, ample parking. The cafe area is excellent, although the soups are over-priced ($5.49 for a small).

The store itself I give a 3.5 star. Things are organized inside, but I find this place priced high for items that are cheaper elsewhere. Veggies and fruit are always fresh, but there need to be some quality control if you are going to serve fruit in a cup. See photo attached, the fruit should be washed before placing in the cup so the Leafs aren't with the fruit. Also for $6.30, it's ridiculous. I won't buy pre-made items again that are priced this high. Steeling momey at this point.
Don't bother placing any orders online for delivery. I did, and they canceled twice on me advising my area postal code was the issue why they couldn't deliver. When I resolved it the first time, they canceled again!!!! We live 20 mins away, so deliver shouldn't be this difficult.
