Guys don’t make your stories on my review . You are straight lying I didn’t come at night first off all .
That proves that you are lying. Secondly I think Instead of supporting wrong behaviour of your employees do something about it. Anyways I will write What i feel about service. First and last time.

For the first time ever, I went to Flowertown to wash a very thick mattress pad and a large duvet that wouldn't fit in my laundry machines at home. I was very pleased with the great service and assistance I received from start to finish. Thank you so much, Tuan, for making sure my first experience here was a positive one.
I decided to come to this location after reading the Google reviews, and I'm glad to join the majority of customers who expressed their overall satisfaction.
P.S. Just a friendly suggestion to the owner: maybe it's time to repair or replace those chairs that look like they've seen better days. They take away from the overall appearance of a place that's otherwise neat and clean.

I am a frequent customer at this location, and the customer service is getting worse every time I visit. Today, I needed change for the dryer
which I had a few dimes & nickels, the rude gentleman that is always there let me know this is something they cannot do. I am paying to use the washer & dryer and you cannot exchange change?
This is extremely sad customer service, the lady is extremely nice and kind but the gentleman attitude ruined my entire experience, and now I will have to find another laundry mat.

I visited there first time and I asked for help from Tuan the person at desk he was very rude to me . I recommend not to go there customer service was zero .

I was so pleased with the excellent service I received from Kathy. She was so helpful. I haven't been to the Laundry for over a year after my washer broke down I was at loss.
She made it so easy.

WORST Store and HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
I would not even give 1 star to this store.
They literally destroyed!! my jacket that I gave them to dry clean. When I got it returned, it had all white patches and was looking more than 10 years old.
I bought the jacket 1 year ago worn it a few times in winters. And when I asked the owner what happened to the jacket, he said the material of the jacket is not polyester so it will fade and it faded when they cleaned it.
What the hell! My $300+ jacket gone in drain.
The experience was so frustrating.
The owner did nothing!! Just stayed unbothered. Didn’t expected this behaviour and service.
I will never recommend anyone for any dry cleaning. Never go to this store, NEVER

All machines are always working and great condition. Excellent prices for a variety of machines which all have the express feature. I can do a ton of clothes in less than 25 minutes. Super friendly staff too

I recently used flowertown laundry service and was blown away by Cathy's exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured my blankets were washed exactly as I requested. The facility itself was spotless, reflecting a strong commitment to cleanliness. My blankets came back looking and smelling fantastic. I highly recommend this service, especially for anyone looking for top-notch care for their clothes. Cathy truly go above and beyond!
