Horrible customer service. Just called some broad answered said hello... no name of store nothing.. I said is this the chinchilla store ?? She said its online. I said u dont have a store In brampton? She replied who's calling?? Unprofessional. Hung up.. guess buying local isnt an option. Useless

Ordered the Nepco 8.0 Cu. Ft. Aspen shavings for my gerbils. I ordered from Calgary, and with shipping fees it still had amounted to over a 45% savings versus local pet stores. Wonderful value, and the personal phone call to verify shipping I felt was beyond what most others would do. I highly recommend this store and will most likely be making my ongoing bedding purchases from here, save the few "oh-no" emergencies we all run into.

These guys are incredible! I've had the pleasure of purchasing multiple items from here over a few transactions thanks to their great prices. You can order online and pick up at this location instead of delivery. Their bedding for small animals are priced great, and they also have some cage accessories that really made a difference on our critter nation cage(3 inch tall metal tray). I highly recommend them for all your rats, chinchillas, and other small animals. They are very knowledgeable too! Best bedding prices anywhere!

Flower Town Chinchilla is great!I love that it is small animal-focused because it is able to provide a variety of selection and great prices. I usually buy the 50lbs Oxbow Timothy hay and 25 lbs Oxbow Essentials adult rabbit food, size formats which I'm not able to get in chain pet stores. In addition to my recurring purchases of hay and rabbit food, I will usually add to my order various treats or enrichment - my most recent purchases were the hay bungalow and edible tunnel.The only thing to get used to is the ordering system which is:1) You place an order2) You will receive a no commitment PayPal invoice after a business day3) Once you pay, you can pick up or it will be shipped to youIf you choose to pick up it's in a residential area and you will met with the owner who is very friendly.

They have been very responsive to emails and accommodating! Their prices are great also! The order was packed and shipped off quickly & arrived 2 days later! Initially the ordering process was very unfamiliar to me (you make a no obligation order request and they find the best shipping rate for your items)..I didn't even know that existed. Once they explained it to me, it made a lot of sense. I highly recommend, and I'm sure I'll be ordering again.
