Brought our vehicle here as Land Rover Brampton recommends them for any body repairs. The customer service from Eeshan was amazing and he always kept us up to date with the process which we appreciated. We spent a lot of money on our car, so we knew we wanted a proper job and premium parts and they outdid themselves - the work done on our car is amazing - they even cleaned the interior and exterior before we picked it up! Thank you First Canadian Auto Collision for taking care of us !!!

This was my second time coming to this shop. Like before the service they gave me was exceptional including timely ordering of parts, clarity on delivery & quality of their work. I would highly recommend these guys, ask for Nico when there, he has never disappointed me.

I have been going to First Canadian for nearly 25 years. I have never been disappointed with any of the work Armando and his team have done for me and the referrals I have sent to them. They are insurance company approved for claims and have always finished their work on time.

I had a terrible experience with their customer service. What should have been a three-day job took an entire month to complete. In particular, Eeshan shinh was extremely unhelpful and demonstrated a lack of customer service skills. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

This shop deserves an award for the worst service in Canada, its staff is completely disrespectful to customers especially since Zeeshan needs to learn some etiquette. I don't understand how can they hire staff like Zeeshan. Their service is extremely slow, they took a month to repair my car and told my insurance company that they fixed my car a week before they returned it. They made me pay for rental charges for that week since that was not paid by my insurance company when they mentioned the wrong date for fixing and returning the car.

I had a stone chip on the hood of my Tesla and got rear ended in the same week on my Volvo. Armando and the team made dealing with the insurance company seamless, they arranged for a great new rental car meet me at the shop and the whole experience was “friction free”. Which was very much appreciated considering the week I had.
