Today I visited this Gas station the Cashier Name Sakshi her customer service was awesome as i am observing her by standing in the line she is treating every customer with a smiling face and greating them well which really gives a positive vibe to the person I personally love her behaviour

You guys should let the customers aware about the equipments tht is not working so tht we won’t waste our money, when ask for refund The cashier refuse to give it back.. the girl was so rude and very bad customer service.. shall never come on this location again..??

The cashier. She was too rude. She must know about the not working equipment and gave the money back to the customer. Worst customer service with ridiculous excuses.

The cashier is so rude they don’t inform the customer about the non working equipment and when asked to refund the money paid, cashier began arguing. Managers need to take a look at staff behaviour and how they treat employees. Wish i could give a 0 star for the customer service.

Stupid guys at the gas station
If your vacuum machine is not working at least put a paper and write that it’s not working .
I paid 3 Dollars and the cashier told me that it’s of a different company but it’s in your gas station and you are responsible for it .
I will make sure you guys will get 10+ negative reviews soon.

The people working here at the gas station really need to be retrained as they are very rude and it seems like they just came new to the country... not surprised
Anyways long story short I went here two days ago to fill up my gas and usually the cashier asked you would you like a car wash and if they forget to ask you you get a free car wash, the girl at the cashier named Gagan Did not ask me and when I told her about the policy she was so rude to me she's like the policy expired six months ago, which is fine but I don't understand why she was being so rude to me and was making faces.
I really don't understand how such people can be hired with 0 customer service skills, it shows where you came from and how pathetic of a person you are.
The hiring manager, please retrain your staff and teach them some customer service skills otherwise such people should not be working here as it's driving away most of your customers!!!!!!!

I usually buy the gift cards from shoppers drug mart, however a couple of weeks ago they were out of the cards I needed therefore i drove to this Esso gas station, i had to purchase 2 gift cards for $200, the guy at the counter said i can only pay through debit or cash. It through me off, they accept credit card when you are buying gas then why not on a gift card. Not buying gift cards from there any more.

Very bad experience, outside display price is 150.8 but at the filing station price is 158.9, totally dishonest. On complaint the attendant says it is like that he can't do anything.

Very rude manager. If asked for any kind of help , that old man quickly rage & think everyone else is stupid before him.If u want gas, just pay outside & leave. Customer service gonna be unwelcome.

Being a regular customer. Every time a lady cashier saying washroom flush is not working, it’s been almost a year same thing. Is there a reason they don’t want customers to use the washroom or it’s actually a fault??

I had visited this location today for car wash and their car wash is not working when I talked to the cashier they said it’s not working from last 3 days I had generated the code for wash which has wasted due to their mistake they never updated online that car wash is not working and they said visit another location why they are not doing any solution for my problem this is very disrespectful they all are arguing with me except finding the solution this is very bad service
