I came to pick up an online order and the cashier who was Indian with glasses around 5’9 height has no common courtesy. If you work in customer service, you should have knowledge on how to treat customers kindly. She made my experience truly unpleasant: 1) no greeting of any sort she just looked at me with a “what do you want” look, barely uttered 5 words, threw my package on the counter and I said thank you and she just waited to help the next customer. How can someone enjoy their shopping experience with workers don’t know how to do the bare minimum, that’s disgusting.

Went to the cash register to checkout where 2 employees (one working and one leaving) were in a conversation. Stood in line and none of them acknowledged that a customer was waiting. The girl at the cash named Gurpreet didn’t pause her conversation to say hi I can help you here. She stuck her hand out while talking to her friend implying that she was ready to cash me out. The only time she spoke was when she asked “what’s your email” and I replied back saying no thank you. Your conversation is not more important. Did not even greet me when I entered the store. Bad customer service from Gurpreet.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. We needed to return something and they did not accept it despite having tag intact and receipt. It was within the 30 days as well. They just kept on giving lame excuses rather thn accepting the return. It was my shopping day and they just ruined it with their behaviour. Manager "Gurpreet", rather thn settling the issue, kept on her egoistic behaviour. worst dynamite store ever been to.

Regrettably, my recent experience at Dynamite Clothing was marred by both a lack of attentiveness and outright rudeness from the lady at the front. Not only did she walk away without assisting me, but her behavior was notably impolite. Rude customer service is a significant concern, and it certainly affected my perception of the store. I sincerely hope Dynamite Clothing addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for customers in the future.

Very bad customer service. If I can give I don’t give even one star to them. The lady at the cash counter was soo rude. She talked to me soo rudely and even did not listen to me what I was saying.Never ever going back to this store.

Tailor or Taylor, I donot know the spelling of her name,she is very good. Very nice customer service skills. I visited the store and she was very approachable.

Just wanted to take the time to share how helpful the staff at this location are. On friday i was shopping and an employee went above and beyond to help me with my task of finding an outfit for a wedding i had. Nothing was fitting me properly and this employee showed me so much kindness and empathy in a time where I was feeling pretty horrible about myself. She was encouraging, and taught me a lot about fashion and kept helping me pull different outfits to try on. I wish I got her name to give her a proper shoutout, but this experience really stuck with me because of her kindness & I will definitely continue to shop at this location :)

Horrible customer service at the Bram location!!! Associates just sit around and talk and do not offer any assistance to the customers. Sizing is terrible and quality is not worth the money!!! Dynamite executives......Wake up, your associates need to be terminated!!!! They do not want to be there nor do they care about customer needs. I spent most of my time trying to locate someone to help me with sizing and to let me into the change rooms. When I needed another smaller size, no support was provided and I was forced to change into my own clothes and get my own size!!! I won't be surprised if they close their doors soon, I get it isn't a bougie boutique, but let's be real, if I am spending my money, then I expect some customer service!!!!

The employees stand around talking to each-other and didn’t help us at all. No hi nothing. So rude. Get more welcoming employees.
