It is my second visit to Dusk clinic. I had appointment with Anuradha Hooda, she has great knowledge and understanding. I would recommend to come here. All the staff is quite professional and friendly.

The whole pharmacy is incompetent, don't waste your time here. Rather busy prescription drugs somewhere else, there is Rexdale pharmacy and Shoppers Drug Mart just down the road

Worst pharmacy. Go someplace else. They bill things that shouldn’t be billed if they find out you have coverage. They bill to wrong accounts. They are SLOWWWWW.
And their dispensing fee is ridiculously high- more than Shoppers Drug Mart.
They labelled a prescription with someone else’s name as well.

Am writing this review as their is a lady doctor she doesn’t even know how to take look for patients without any knowledge she is working there
As my daughter got hurt in her hand it’s was born breakage
She did not even provide x-ray for it
She just look and said is normal muscle pain and let her go like that without checking her properly
My daughter hand was fully sallow she can’t even twist her hand the lady doctor just said only it muscle pain
This how work with patients in walk-in clinic
Without any kind of knowledge she is looking patients when it’s really hurt/ pain
They need to get better doctors or need to investigate on this

Will look into a new pharmacy. They used to be decent but I’m waiting in the line as I type this. It’s been about 15 mins and haven’t been acknowledged yet. There’s only two people ahead of me yet 4 people behind the counter doing god knows what. Called in ahead of time and was told my prescription is ready. When someone finally tends to me they said it’s not ready and will take some more time, then why did they say it was ready? Terrible service, avoid.

These guys are very sneaky and always charge something extra on top of what is fully covered by the insurance.

I live near this pharmacy often visited never had any problem. Today I went in there to pick benylin for myself. I went in there picked it by myself two ladies were at check-out. A South Asian guy wearing blue shirt was describing prescriptions and other lady was waiting on side looked like she was waiting for her prescription’s. I asked her in sign language if she wants to go first and she signed as no. As I get closer to counter to pay for it He called that lady and said loudly you are next, gave prescription to her and go to other side and start drinking something from his bottle. I thought he must be thirsty and will help be after his water but then he started doing his own chores around there and behaved like no one is waiting at pick-up counter. I waited for 5-6 mins and then left the store. Next time I will prefer to drive to shoppers and walking to nearest pharmacy. I don’t know what a 20 year old girl did to hurt this 40 year old man. I didn’t even spoke a single word there.

I went there because my wife had a very high fever in postpartum period and they said doctor cannot see you as you guys walked in. And it clearly says they accept walk-ins. I humbly request whoever manage this pharmacy’s google reviews please remove walk-in from your website & decals at locations because people read walk in and comes to you and you guys turn them away even they are in emergency.

After booking appointment also they wont let you see the doctor for at least 1 hour straight. When they finally ask you to go in and see the doctor, then doctor is not coming to see you for next 30-45 minutes.

Female head pharmacist had lots of attitude and was quite rude. I came with a simple request and she had provided me a horrible experience I will never be coming back.

This doctor was named Dr.Syed Ikramuddin. Who gave us a completely different medicine from what we told was the problem. We had a headache and fever and he gave us medicine for allergies. We do not recommend this doctor
