I brought most of my furniture at this place 2 to 3 years ago. Last week, I went there for a dining table and a sectional couch, it was the worst experience in my life. All the employees there doesn't have customer service experience. I spoke with different ones over the phone and I got attitude from them all, listen I paid almost 2 thousands dollars for my stuff, I don't need to get attitude for my hard earned money. When I finally got my delivery there were screws missing and one of the chair were defective. I couldn't get the screws in the hole cause the hole was too small. I'm never going back there again, I'm not wasting my hard earned money on defective furniture. On top of that they asked me to come to the store to pick up the screws, absolutely NOT!!! I paid $60 for delivery. I expect my product to get deliver to my house and not be defective. Anyways don't buy furniture at that place, the owner can decide whether he wanna hire and train his staff better or let his place run out of business.
***Furthermore*** today on Nov. 2nd i called for an update on the chair which was missing from my order, and I was supposed to received within a week according to their email, the lady is arguing with me about my reviews on Google (that's my personal business) I needed an update on my furniture which I paid FULL money for and paid $60 for delivery, but the lady here arguing with me about my google review.
Run away from this place, they have no problem taking your money, but not providing the FULL product.

Nice furniture store available at Stafford and Kennedy Road Brampton. Store was maintained very decent and quiet. Few products were good. Staff still needs to be improvise customer experience. We were provided tape when we requested for height and width of a product.

Do not buy your any furniture from here. They will pin any defect as wear and tear. They will fool you with this and you willl be stuck with broken pieces of furniture forever… they are bunch of lairs and scammers

THE WORST furniture store to deal with. Got a dining set from them which was on a sale price. Upon receiving it we figured that the table is not very sturdy and shakes a lot with anyone touching it. I called the store to get this fixed, the store mentioned that they will be getting a technician to get it fixed after which they did not respond to my calls for 3 full days. When a tech came by on the the fourth day, he couldn't fix it and the store then advised me that this is a final sale as it was a floor model and they cannot do an exchange or return, which was not advised by a store rep at the time of making a sale AT ALL.
Upon discussing this issue with the store rep, she mentioned they cannot do anything and that I am responsible for checking the item before where as their sales rep (who sold the table) mentioned that he does not have it on display at the store and the dining set is at the warehouse.
When I asked for a store Manager's contact the rep advised that their manager does not have a phone number and is not available to talk, despite numerous attempts of me trying to get his/her contact number.
As a customer and a layman with no knowledge of furniture items how does the store expect me to know all the terms and conditions of their final sale/clearance items without them explaining during the sale.
On top, the girl who I spoke to at the Etobicoke location regarding all the conversation was not co-operative at all and was very unprofessional to deal with. She did not provide me with her manager's contact till now. Neither does the manager care to call to discuss the issue.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS STORE TO SHOP, THE STAFF IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN THINGS DURING YOUR VISIT AND LATER DO NOT DEAL WITH YOUR ISSUES. Re-iterating that this is THE WROST FURNITURE STORE TO GO TO for your household furniture needs!!!

Two months ago I Oder sofas. They brought wrong one . Somebody come to fixing the problem two weeks I am waiting no body come to fix . Please don’t go the place service very poor.
