The most worst auto centre in the world ..don’t ever get into their trap ..they take undue advantage of innocent people after accident by knowing that they are not in right state of mind .. and make people sign contract with so many hidden contract details and compel them later on .Person named Harry met us there and by manipulating us that we are from same community trust us once … and this is how he trapped us ..Even girls working their managers all are chips of same block …what happened with my husband .. girl working there named Nav (girl who open the claims for insurance)was not releasing our car and put and hid the key in her pocket by playing woman card that what man can do in it..they just take pre authorization of your credit card and without customers authorization they deduct money from your card..As soon as you will get to know about them And ask them any question…they will show you contract and say okay we will release your car pay 5 thousand dollars …they are the frauds….so we want nobody ever to be in the situation as we were …before making any decision take feedback into consideration…

After a collision, my car was brought to Downtown auto services. Actually referred by the tow person Steve. A very friendly and helpful guy. My experience with Downtown Auto is nothing short of delightful. The repair work is done beyond expectation and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Especially Varun. My car is restored to its pristine condition!! I'm gonna get my other cars for repairs and body work too. Highly recommend to everyone. Kudos Downtown auto team.

Nothing much to share but the best experience. People centric approach and delivering the best value for the price.Varun and Steve are the most humble people for me to come across after the collision and probably even to the surprise of the insurance company, my car was repaired under next couple of days once the claim was approved.Varun is a professional and knowledgeable and he knows what he is doing and took care of my concerns, repaired the vehicle and made sure that my car is once again safe to drive.Steve helped us through the collision process comforted the family during the dire hours and helped us with the entire process of reporting the collision and made sure we are compliant with the law and nothing is left to chances. Thanks for his guidance!In simple words! No one should have second thoughts and one can trust them with their work. Also they mentioned that they could get the quality work delivered on mechanical issues too. I probably would consider them if I run into one in future.
