absolutely disgusting store owner. he’s rude, he’s never smiling, always miserable and always speaking disrespectfully under his breath. my nephew was buying something and gave him change and he asked my nephew in the most rude manner “you don't know how to count?” and if i wasn’t for my nephew being there.. i’d have a lot to say to his face. disgusting.

Rude, Disrespectful customer experience :Train your staff how to talk :Mid aged man at the counter is opposite of cordial and gentle, worst in communication, rude, unreasonably vocal, and looks like doesnot want customers. Everyone at reception is supposed to help with customers when in doubt, perhaps he needs to learn that. He looked at me, I said hello, he didnot reply to this courteous hello, and ignored my question altogether. He just purposely wanted to pick a fight, from whatever I was asking, disrespecting without any reason. To my shock, I asked him if he was being rude, to which he denied and went on letting down my concern with disrespecting attitude and examples, depsite my telling him he cant treat customers disrespectfully.Worst experience moving here to brampton, if you are frustrated keep it in your pocket, this is Canada, you need to learn you can't pour out your frustration to strangers, if you can't do that, pl get yourself healed. You are only adding more bad karma by trying to vent out your frustration to strangers.Not a store with this person I would like to buy from.

Very good store. Fill helium in Baloons, makes key, Tasty chocolates... lot more things ,If u want daily use items, special day items, u must go to this store, handling customers with respect , every important item is available soMust visit

The girl working at the desk doesn’t know how to talk to the customers.. I was in the store and she was yelling her lungs out and was arguing with another customer in the store.. If you do not want someone in your store, then ask them to leave or call the cops to remove them..Starting a fight doesn’t seems like an appropriate solution..
