Incredible! To enter a sports/fitness store and meet an expert. Erik guided me to items to get me closer to achieving my goals. And the prices were reasonable too! Great place to shop.

I enjoy shopping at Decathlon Brampton. Unique and fun sports equipment and gear at a fair price. Last time was in I met a manager named Erik who was very knowledgeable around fitness training and weightlifting equipment.

Great offerings and decent pricing on basic sport and entertainment equipment; however, staff is not the most trained/informed. Never buy online. And exchange process is horrendous. 6 weeks later and no one has answersand that is WITH a receipt. Seperately, An employee went to look for a price and took almost 15 mins. There are plenty of items to try out before purchasing which makes the store quite enjoyable. It is brightly lit and pretty organized. Advertised items are almost always out of stock with no eta of next shipping/arrival date. Overall, it is okay, not great.

The service provided by your representative was commendable but your customers should know how to behave with the fellow customer and if that is not happening your staff should know how to handle such situations. Please arrange for proper queues and more representatives to help people if it turns out that customers are impatient. We faced a very awful situation today evening and in between such a huge crowd it was really insulting and we never imagined that such a situation would arise in a eminent sports brand like decathlon. The behavior deserved an apology from the fellow customer . Your representative was really good and assisted us throughout but please be well equipped to handle such situations else your reputation will be at stake. Thanks.

I purchased snow shoes, gloves and cap from Decathlon, as well as a cycle lock and hand pump. Everything is updated and build quality is awesome.

It was my first time visiting Decathlon while strolling through the mall, and even at the store's entrance, I feel energized. I wasn't actually supposed to buy anything, but when I entered, I was greeted with a sweet smile by a girl and get to know that you have a wide selection of products. I appreciated that the girl asked her other coworkers about the product, which she didn't know about, and that was excellent customer service as opposed to providing misleading information. Her name is Marva Ali. She gave me really worthy workout clothes and moreover recommended some fun but effective Zumba videos to help me lose weight. A fantastic, sporty, energetic girl. I truly appreciate the girl and her service. I loved Decathlon.
