My Experience with Coles Automotive – Not Impressed with Their Service
I came across a response from Coles Automotive regarding another customer's review, and I have to say, their attitude towards the customer’s concerns is exactly what I experienced with them. It seems they make it a habit to overcharge and then justify their inflated prices with rude, unprofessional responses.
In my case, I was quoted $100 for an alignment, but after paying $60 for initial work, they promised that I would only need to pay $40 more when I returned. However, when I went back, they demanded the full $100 again. When I questioned them, they gave me conflicting explanations, much like the interaction between the father (Shawn) and son (Neil) described in the other review.
It’s shocking to see a business handle customer feedback by insulting people and dodging accountability. Rather than resolving the issue, they push the blame back on the customer and provide misleading information about what they promised.
To anyone reading this: Save yourself the trouble. Their customer service is lacking, and their responses to valid concerns show a complete disregard for their customers. If you value transparency and professionalism, I suggest looking elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Got here to pre inspect the car i was buying off of marketplace place.
They showed me the leaks problems, scanned it and alot of bunch personalized suggestions.
Thanks fully i didn’t buy the car.
Pre inspection king!!! Worth the money.

One of the best mechanics I have ever visited in GTA, more like car doctor, he explained me and showed me what the issue is with my 2020 Civic and then went ahead and fixed it after my thumbs up. Car works fine now!
Definitely recommend Cole’s Automotive if you want a trustworthy mechanic.

Amazing.. friendly, knowledgeable service, Shaun really knows his stuff, he was able to figure out the issue and fix it at a very reasonable price, the work was done same day, excellent work, I highly recommend Cole’s auto.

Mr.lube tried to tell me I needed $1100 of work on my car, when I pulled into coles they told me everything was fine and I actually didn't need anything. They're officially my new mechanic so trustworthy it puts me at ease knowing they aren't trying to screw me.
