I came here today and tried on a couple of dresses. The lady that helped me was so very helpful and kind. I have a positive experience shopping here. Thank you so much for helping me out pick out a dress! I will definitely come back here to buy another dress in the future.

The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. She just sat there and gave us a glare while we browsed. When we asked about pricing and sizes, she was basically shooing us out.

Terrible customer service and very rude staff. I went in to try a dress and the old lady working there was so unpleasant. She kept telling me and a couple other customers we were too big for the dresses even though the dresses were in our size. Will not be coming here again. I recommend Monique’s (a couple stores down) for better quality dresses and customer service.

Pathetic customer service, they judge you based off your colour and race, then they have the audacity to mock you capability and budget to try the dress, least interested in dealing with the customers, really arrogant and mean behaviour, apart from that they don’t have the required sizes.

Very sizest attitudes. I am an average body size, generally fitting medium or large in most stores. They only have size 0s and plus size — which is not a problem, except for every time I pointed out a dress didn’t fit they would respond in very judgemental attitudes about how “this is just your size and there’s no point in sizing down” or by telling me to stuff the cups. I went to another store and tried on the same dresses in the correct size and they fit perfectly. Pushy inaccurate service.

if I could give this store zero stars i would. the manager was so rude and disrespectful. when we asked her to try on a dress she replied with “what’s your price range.” She then said we can’t try on the dress because it wasn’t in our size and she would have to order it (the dress was in our size). She then asked when our event was and we said July (in 5 months) and she said “i don’t think we will be able to get it on time.” overall a horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE!

Walked in looking for a dress for an engagement party. Was asked our budget and I replied $150-200, and I was rudely cut off by the lady who said they don't have anything for that price there. They had some new styles but most of the dresses were outdated and had damage on them. Overall, Coco'a Couture was extremely overpriced and had terrible customer service. After her response we walked over to to Moniques, where I found a gorgeous dress for $200. The customer service was excellent at Moniques and they had a wide variety of options. Coco's Couture is slow for a reason.

Super friendly staff. I had gone to other dress stores and could not find a dress my colour nor my size. I had my eye on a dress but was a bit small. Loved how she offered me a solution to help adjust the dress to fit me. They have so many beautiful dresses would recommend.

This store is AMAZING! I love Coco’s customer service and she is super helpful in helping us pick our dresses! My mom, grandma and myself all have bought beautiful dresses from here and she provided someone for alterations! Shop here if you want to look beautiful!
