I highly recommend Ashdeep Klair for your mortgage needs. Ashdeep assisted my family with the home mortgage approval process and secured us a competitive interest rate. I had I really bad experience with an employee named Edwin! This guy made my experience at this branch really hard and horrible and I call for the manager and he/she never show up.

I had a terrible experience with customer service. My international money transfer was put on hold for 10 days. On the final day, an employee named Bebe BEHAARY called me and requested proof. As I was sending her the email, she seemed rushed as it was the end of her workday. Finally, on the 11th day, I received my money back. This branch really sucks.Oct 22, 2024 review no.2, this banks wire transfer service sucks too. The cashier in this branch, a black dude was wearing earphone while doing transactions. I mean you are handling people's money. It took them 5 days to complete the wire transfer. Provided them with the details thrice. Pathetic customer service.

We dealt with Ashdeep Singh for mortgage of our house. I kid you not this guy is amazing. He is very knowledgeable gets the work done and got us best possible deal on the market.

Okay, so I just went in there without an appointment. It was all simple and easy. The staffs were very nice and helpful. I didn't find anything rude like some of the reviews are here. Its a wonderful bank for students or people who are new to banking. Obviously take all your required documents and understand about the topic before you enter. Don't get mad at the staff because they are humans too.
