If you've sold bins here or shop here you must have encountered Shalley. She is spectacular. She makes it a pleasure to lug in your totes and do the whole process. She is kind with her endearing greetings and manners towards the customers. All those kind words go a long way, especially when you could be having a blah day and just getting through life. I've gone to some locations where I'm not pleasantly greeted or greeted at all, the environment can feel hostile for a seller. Once Upon A Child has always given me a pleasant experience. “I loved this place so much, I don't even shop in NY anymore, and will literally plan a trip back up north to Canada to buy from this store versus others in America. Staff was amazing. Quality and styles were top notch; there were so many beautiful sets. The number one thing I loved about this place was that I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Sometimes, walking into shops, the quality looks questionable and there aren't prices, and all the prices seem steeper than they should be. Here, the prices are on the tags, so there's no funny business and you don't have to heckle. It's what a shopping experience should be- fun, and worth it!
