I came to this location a few days ago for a new wardrobe. The picture online did not match the one on the box and I spoke to the manager, Petra about it. I asked her to preview the box and she was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. I am very unsatisfied. Will not be coming back.

My car battery died around 40min away. I thought let’s Walk to Canadian Tire and get the Battery booster. I bought the $180 Moto Master 750amp booster. And at the same time I asked the guy multiple times is it 100% charged he said yes. I walk back to my car. When I open this battery level was at 20%, I hook it up and pushed the button nothing happened not at single turn. After struggling for hours I had to call tow service. And I came back to return this because it didn’t work for me. And front desk says oh you opened this package so we can’t return this. How I would know without opening the product that how it will perform. And on the top of that another guy in front desk says you have to charge it 100% before using it. Now where the hell I was going to charge the booster before using it. That is what I asked multiple times before buying it that is it 100%? —- because I can’t charge this my car died in the parking lot- poor customer service- even I called customer service no resolution so far.

If I could give her 0 star, i would. There was a lady with red hairs she doesn’t know how to treat people at reception. I guess she needs some lessons.

Last day visited for my car safety . without safety pass they charged 91$ and he said pay this bill you have 10 day time for safety if you guys no complete safety then why you took money from me . Totally worst experience stay away this kind of garbage company canadian tire totally scam with innocent people. If you want save your money don’t visit there.

I buy car charger from this store I tried to charge but couldn't work next day I went back for return but they refused one of manager how called herself manager said you opened that's why can't return so I give her back charger without taking any refund left the store she took charger with smiling face and said leave the store thanks Canadian tire
