Took my caravan in for service, shop insisted that only OEN parts could go in the 2016 van, wanted 4xxx for the job. Active G&R did the same repair for 40% less. They will gouge you. Almost bought said van at this dealership, glad I did some comparison shopping as the north end dealership charged me the same price for a higher trim level and all the extras thrown in for free!

Complete scam of a business, if you do get a vehicle from them check your vehicles paperwork thoroughly including their fake gap protection. I bought a 2019 ram 1500 but my gap protection is for a 2024 dodge Durango which is not what I bought, so why would I be paying for protection on it. They had a listing price online for 21k for the vehicle but in their lot, the tag they hid in the glove box when I came to view it was 30k. The advertised vehicle had completely different interior, used the wrong recommended oil for the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere even other affiliate dealerships
recommend not to use this dealership. My families worked at Chrysler for +25 years of multiple generations, current employees and retired.

I can’t say enough good things about Brennan’s Dixie Chrysler. Especially the salesman Robin. I was in a rough situation after being price/interest gouged from another dealership. I never thought I’d be able to trade in my car for atleast a few years. Robin posted a Durango SRT on marketplace and I inquired. Then I seen they had a Hellcat Durango available. Robin, Davinder and Mathew were able to get me out of my old car and into the Hellcat Durango. I couldn’t be happier with my new car!

I was here from 200km I talked to the front salesman ( Robin), and he gave us fake hope of approvals, and he made us fool about the on day approval. The way there talked about my file is like nobody else can do this job , but the financial manager ( Mathew)didn't make the work done properly and gave me hits on my credit they are so not professional
