Really sad to have to share this after having used Dave as my mechanic for a while but I need to. My 75 year old Mother-in-law was absolutely ripped off here recently.
They charged $140 for a set of brake pads, and $195 to install them. The ball joint was $220 just for the part! when you can buy one all day for $20. So sad that my mother-in-law was treated this way. Absolutely unforgivable and she will never be back. Mike at Reddy Auto on Orenda will be her new mechanic and should be yours too. Fantastic work and as honest as they come. Shame on you Bramalea Auto Electric for treating a senior like this. ? so sad

Dave certified a car that I bought from Steve Shaw .. His Customer.. when I got home the radiator needed to be changed and lines all cracked .. they had put a liquid to seal the crack , the boot on drivers side , the baring on driver side .. bushing both front tires .. I was told the car was safe by Dave and Steve ..?♀️..After I had started to drive to Florida … and was stuck in the middle of the night with a car that I was told was safe “ should have never pass “… I was told these were new tires on the car and winter where still great …and they were expired and breaking down from inside out .. If they would have been honest.. I was fortunate that I made it ..I had to put $6000 into the car to make it safe … This was a Cadillac… ( they are both business owners that I never thought would have done this ..

Brought my car to Bramalea Auto Electric for a simple safety inspection, and one of their mechanics improperly jacked up my classic Trans Am, and crushed the frame pinch welds/ jack points. They didn't inform me of the damage they caused, and I only found the damage when taking off my tires for the winter which was very disappointing.
