I am a regular league bowler, 34 nights a year (100+ games), not a casual bowler that comes a couple times a year. I have over a decade of experience league bowling at this alley. I say this not to brag, just to provide context to my comments. Below is a 2024 update, with my original 2020 review below.
2024 edit: The lane equipment is getting worse every year, we can't even finish a game without issues let alone a 3 game night. Also, instead of being environmentally friendly, the new corporate policy is they will no longer fill water bottles due to "no outside food policy". But don't worry, they will pay to kill a tree and give you a paper cup (that you can knock over) so just pour into your bottle, hand back and get refilled. Rinse and repeat until your bottle is full.
2020: Bowling is good but snack bar prices have had big hikes each year for several years and this year the bar got a serious price hike as well. Manager's defence is "the private club I was at before cost way more". We used to buy food and drink every week, now we just get them to fill up the water bottle for free.

Great experience. Went there with family and played 2 games. Enjoyed for an hour. But the problem is on the customer side. I saw some youth throwing multiple balls at a time and some keep struck on the side. There should be strict watch on such activities. It's a public place and the observation matters

This playing is so awesome I am coming from the last five years but today this play is looking so worse for ordering food I ordered beer and fries Also i asked a girl that can i get a cold glasses she is being rude to me and reply we don’t serve cold glasses she had that one

Bad experience. Most of the stations were not working. Some weren't even operating, but taking out your credits and then the girl at the front was not helping at all. Wasted our time waiting for her. No bowling lines were free, which was fine, but we couldn't get that even after much wait. So the place was/is not for us.

Very clean. Pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful. Went there after a long time and it has gone through a lot of great upgrades.
