I waited around in the camera section for 15 minutes and when no one came by there I asked one of the employees if someone could come there. After waiting another 10 minutes I went back again to ask if someone could come. No one ended up coming and I left and purchased from Henry's instead. I won't be coming back here again to purchase any camera equipment. The service here is horrible!

Went there an hour ago. Not so good experience at all. There was a line up at the check out and some people at the customer services. Two associates were laughing and talking to each other with out even noticing the line up and took 15 minutes to get someone for the cashier area. I know customer service is hard but please dont make people hate you with your attitude.

absolutely horrible costumer service. LIED about electronic warranty and did not fix my laptop. DID NOT give me a refund. geek squad protection is a huge scam!!! DO NOT BUY. they will do nothing for you.

They don’t deserve even one star. Poor customer service. The red turban guy ranveer not willing to help and was very rude. This happened when we have bought warranty and the product is under warranty. He should learn how to talk. Nobody helped and we took our product back to our home.

Store manager Dmitry said that if I am unhappy to receive a different item in the box from what I paid for I should shop in another place. I guess I will follow this advice as amazon has all same products but cheaper. This store is used in Best Buy training as a bad example for a reason.

My Laptop was fixed in two hours and best buy couldn’t do it in two days . I didnt get any call back to pick my laptop either while the lady was telling me you might get a call back in one hour. I kept on calling customer service again and again. Their focus was to sell me their best buy plan and when I asked whats the catch? They didnt tell me anything so I ask them when can I cancel the membership only then they told me “after a year” . I wasted my time visiting your store . Instead , I should have gone to a local shop to save up my time and money .
They were charging me 100 dollar for data transfer where the local store could do it in 30 dollars.
I went to Geek squad three times and kept my Laptop with them for two days and they couldnt find parts for repair. I went to local shop and they repaired it in an hour.
My times had no value for them. They dont call back or wont pickup calls at all. I got my refund from then but I am never buying anything from best buy.

I bought HP laptop from here, they told me it has manufacturer warranty for a year so they will help me if something happens with it to get fixed. After 6 months the Laptop starts to turn off automatically while I’m working on it. I thought maybe it’s cuz the battery was low, but then I noticed it turn off in full battery too. So I went to the store so they can help to get it fixed from the manufacturer, but they told me I have to send it to them on my expense, or I can buy their geek protection which is $270 and they can help me to get it fixed. But I told them why would I pay for the shipping to manufacture or for geek protection, when I already paid for my laptop. The staff were rude, and they just told me to pick an option and then they start to pretend they are busy. I don’t believe their words maybe they say the things which they can’t do to sell products and when you really need their help they start to sell you the warranty protection.

We asked recommendation from KHUSHKARAN but he was very rude and just walked away without saying anything. One advice for you guys that please hire those people who knows how to take care of customers or how to deal with them instead of walking away rudely.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Poor customer service, and on top of it employees are very rude and don’t want to work at all. Guys are literally talking to each other instead of helping customers and when a representative approached us he was very rude as well. He said we are low on staff but clearly they just don’t want to work. I highly recommend Best Buy to hire people who are actually professional and know how to do customer service job. We were there to make a purchase but seem like they are not interested in doing business.

MEMBERSHIP SCAM?. Got a Dell Laptop 4 months ago 550$. All of sudden AUDIO stops working. I ask them to fix it. A punjabi girl at Greek squad said it gonna cost me 290$ just for Audio Drivers reinstall. She said better be get our membership 250$ for a year. I bring my laptop back home and fix it within 5 minutes online using FREE Audio Drivers. They r doing cheap things to sell their membership because people work here they getting their share. STOP screwing customers for your profit share. SCAMMERS WORK HERE.
