Bought a “like new, perfect condition" microwave, that was actually in poor condition.It had press board material inside the unit and exhaust system and was scratched up pretty bad.Was obvious just by looking at it that someone made a failed attempt to install it.Crappy.Whatever, I cleaned and installed it. It had a nasty noise, and ran but didn’t actually heat anything or work properly.Best Buy customer service suggested I reach out to the manufacturer, yet Best Buy sold me this beat up microwave.Customer service even made the claim that items could be damaged during shipping. Ha! SureLooking forward to getting a reply to this saying to reach out to customer service, and they'll do what it takes to make me a happy customer. Save your time replying to this guy's. You already told me in private that it's my problem.The experience makes me wish I could send back the $12,000+ order.See ya Best Buy ✌️

Bought a new oven on Friday January 19 and when we set it up it didn't end up working so we checked around and still nothing, we looked for a manual but that was no where to be found. So still we were looking for the issue and finally we found it the broiler doesn't work due to one of the lines being ripped apart, we called customer service and they didn't bother to pick up. Now we don't know what to do since we can't return it and lost the money we spent on this broken price of metal.

Best Buy is a good place to But they are too busy to attend to customers. Seems like they need to increase number of sales agents to provide better service.

We bought 3 TVs (2 Sony and 1 LG) from this place. You can get brand new TV or other appliances at 50% discounted price. I suggest you visit this place at least once if you are planning to buy any appliances. The best time to visit this place is after big sales in the best buy get over. You would have to keep an eye and visit 2-3 times before you get your desired item but I'd say it's worth the wait and efforts.

Do not buy any stuff from here. Its mental harrasment if the product does not work. I bought a samsung microwave from this location and when I plugged in it wouldn’t start. The store does not take it back, on top of that customer care does not provide any information about how to return it or exchange faulty products. After waiting for 50mins on call They directed me to samsung service centre who operate froma residential house which was totally ridiculous and they wont take the microwave either. Then they advised me to return to any best buy location, so i went there they did not take the microwave either. Other best buy location directed to samsung service centre which accepts only mobile. So the best buy representative provide just misinformation to the consumer. Now i am stuck with the microwave. Would not recommend anyone to buy from here. Not worth saving few bucks.

They have a wide variety of appliances if you visit on certain days. I haven't found the one was looking for but I'll check back again with them.

I have not purchased anything at the store here. It’s an outlet store. You can find appliances on sale which are open box or refurbished. You have to request the sales people (in case if you find one) to help in the purchase or to choose a unit.The prices may not be cheap. At times, you find better price at The Source’s clearance sale.

nothing but the horrible after service. I have purchased 2 appliances, which were delivered few weeks later. Both were dead on arrival and won't even start. I am spending hours on the phone and being bounced between Best Buy-manufacturer-Geek squad. Absolute no help from any and i am stuck with 2 dead appliances.it is not worth the aggravation of buying there as there is absolutely no support if service needed.11/08/2023 update..I do appreciate " response from the owner" note.. Unfortunately, same as entire service provided before, call or contact to Best Buy would lead nowhere , as there is no way to get thru the phone menu that is so complicated ( its been done with the purpose so that you give up few hours later ) , that you just cut your loses or either repair on your own dime or buy elswhere.Again.. if the price is to good to be true, be aware..

I bought a laundry suite from here 5 weeks ago because my machine broke. It was originally schedulled for delivey on september 30th, with a confirmed 3hour delivery window. The day of the scheduled delivery i recieved a call cancelling the delivery. I was told they would call back within a week to reschedule. It has now been 4 weeks. I have called customer service 4 times they always tell me to go to the store location or that the store location will call me back but they never do. I have gone to the store once since my purchase (2 hour drive for me) to figure out what is going on. I still do not have a delivery time. And no one is giving me any information except that once the machines are at the distribution centre they will call me to schedule. 5 weeks and hours spent with customer service and nothing! How much longer am i suppose to wait for my machine which i was charged for!

Terrible customer service. Was shopping for a TV, came to the register at 7:01 and they refused to check me out because they close at 7:00. Ridiculous. Most places would still let you check out if you’re already inside.

BUY PRODUCTS AT CHEAP RATE BUT DON'T EXPECT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICEThey are selling second hand TVs with NO REMOTE or stand inside it. When you pay, they are welcoming in nature. But the other day when you have any complaint, they are rage.I had a worst experience with a person on Checkout desk, when I went to complaint for a missing part. The person was rude enough to stand up and walk way when I asked 2-3 back to back questions. They don't know how to talk to the customer.In simple words, go and get cheap products in exchange of your self esteem and time.

The worst ever experience don't buy from them any appliances not for the product but for the delivery process and installation they deal with the third party company as usual and then they don't care about the customer don't buy from them!! kind of nightmare and the funny thing they looking for a survey hahaha

The reviews regarding how rude and totally indifferent their staff is so accurate. I am shocked that a company like Best Buy can recruit and continue to retain such horrible staff despite so many negative reviews here. We bought a 36-inch Whirlpool refrigerator in June 2023. Please bear the following in mind.We were under the impression that this clearance center of Best Buy keeps scratch & dent and open box items. This is not true. The fridge we bought was a used fridge; worst it had left over food stains and food particles all over and we had to spend several hours thoroughly cleaning it. Carry a torch with you because the lighting there is poor and make sure you thoroughly check the entire product inside out with your torch before you finalize. There is no one there to answer any kind of questions—its take it or leave it kind of place. They have a no return policy, so make sure your inspection is thorough and don’t forget to take the pics of existing dents & scratches.The good thing about the place is that so long as you don’t mind minor scratches & dents, you can get an amazing deal (even up to 50% off) provided you are careful in your selection.

Amazing store it’s crazy how I heard a customer complaining today about something that is literally store policy the lady at the front was extremely calm with the customer the customer was very rude to her but she still kept a smile on her face and helped me out amazing store sucks they had to deal with that guy before me will recommend to my friends
