I had a great experience at the Brow Bar. Jaspreet did a terrific job. She was prepped and ready to go as soon as I arrived. She answered all of my questions and walked me through the process since it was my first time getting a brow tint. I really appreciated that she worked in stages, taking the time to get just the right colour and asking for my feedback along the way. Her shaping was terrific and I'm really pleased with the result. I'd definitely go back to see her again.

Did eyebrow tinting - it was an OK experience. Jaspreet from Bramalea location was so unfriendly/unwelcoming and does not seem to enjoy what she does. I will not make an appointment with her again.Service: Eyebrow beautification

I'm very disappointed by the lack of customer care that you offer. I received a reminder email and text on Jan 12, where my appointment was the following day (on my birthday).I arrived on time and the beauty technician was working on another client. I informed her I was there for my 12:40 appointment. I stood there for another 10 minutes before I asked if she was running behind and she even acknowledged me.She told me my technician was sick and that I should have received a cancellation email. I showed her that nothing came to me and if she had any time to fit me in as I came far. She said she was only available 2 hours later which was not practical.She said she will inform her manager and that someone would call and follow up. No one has reached out. So I emailed customer service and 4 months later someone responded saying they looked into it and I need to reach out to someone else.This whole company is a joke and should be removed from Sephora.Service: Eyebrow beautification

i got my eyebrows done by Jaspreet a few weeks ago and she did an amazing job! she mapped my eyebrows out to my liking so evenly and she also did a brow tint that made my eyebrows look so much fuller and natural. i highly recommend booking with Jaspreet. she made sure along the way that i was happy with my brows and asked before moving forward with everything. i have another appointment this afternoon and i can’t wait for her to make me feel pretty again!Service: Eyebrow beautification
