Always a great experience at Bellagio Jewellers at Bramalea City Centre. The manager Fayyaz in particular is always a great help and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend this place

BUYER BEWARE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!Do Not buy anything from this Store, they make you seem as if they are pleasant & friendly, the items they have or sell are NO GOOD, we purchased a so called Gold chain & 2 Silver chains with pendants from them,(Silver chains & pendants cost a little over $500, the "Gold chain" & pendant was over $ 550 (BIG MISTAKE) the latch wasn't locking the supposedly owner assured me that in the event anything is wrong bring it in and No question asked, I specifically asked about the latch, he said, bring it in, I will fix it, NO cost to me, well, think again, his mouth was made to say anything when he's getting money....he never seems to be there, there's always some excuse as to why he's never at this store, they are LIARS, the female employee makes up every excuse and doesn't make one decisive decision on her own, they say one thing and everytime its something new, if you bring a faulty jewel back for them to fix they want you to pay them to fix it, knowing good and well it was faulty from the beginning. They have no professionalism as far as Customer Service I'm actually surprised they are still in Business.Perhaps an Obbusman should look into the repetitive concerns about this store.Very Disappointed BUYER!!

I got my boyfriend stud earrings from here and a Figaro chain necklace and he is happy with it. A little expensive. The customer service was great, they helped us with our selection and showed us different options. We didn't have a negative experience like other reviews.
