They give me best suggestion for sim selection and plans. I got best deal at lower price. Ramanpreet, Indu and KJ like whole staff is very helpful. I am their customer from last 6 years and whenever I am having any issue with network or sim, they always ready to help me.

PLEASE DO’T TRUST ON THIS STORE.all staffs are not trustworthy.they offer good prices but after purchasing never get any discount any promotions and when visit store they give different excuses every time.

Whole store staff is lier. Specially Indu is most unprofessional lady and do not know anything about her job. They lies to their customers to sell sim card and cell phones. They promise you many things and then you have to chase them to get activation fees back that they promised while selling sim cards. Most unprofessional store and staff.OWNER should know what is their staff doing and how the customer getting treated.

Awful place, the Indian lady has no idea how to do her job and forgot to put the code into my account for waving my fido activation fee. Then does not help once in store because the store is "busy" and "will call back later"GO to the actual stores. They probably have the same discounts/deals there anyways.

Worst experience since i landed in canada,the salesman is politie, but the problem is they lie and sell u the phone,i purchased a phone in feb from them and since that date my bill is not of the amount they mentioned,they say to call fido for the correction, if i call fido they say that it is to be done at the stores end, their manager is out for months,its been six months i have been waiting.Till the time i cooperated with them, they were very good, now they even have stopped picking up phone.Not the man of their words.Please don’t get attracted by their offers,they just lie and will land you up in problems.They are destroying fido’s name and fame too.

I met with Indu ji. She corporate us with very polite way. I was in quite confused about new sim card but she gave the good deal. I’m very happy with battery and gadgets.
