Worst hyundai service experience…bought brand new sonata2022 nline… it had issue with complete power shutoff these guys putt charge of around 700$ on me and the manager was complete nonsense person treated like if you buy hyundai you will be treated this way only… rude unprofessional 1.service centre said its fault of CAA who tried to give boost to car
2. CAA said car had another issue before we given the boost
3.manager said we cant let you move to car before to pay if u have to complaint just do it to hyundai complaints.
4. I still have the paperwork which clearly states that this service centre was never able to mention what exactly was the issue with car why all the power lost.
And yes this is not just this location other service centres as well but this one is worst …. Also one of service centre i contacted at that time they were shocked how this treatment could be given to customer with brand new car…manager from another branch told me to take strict action against them but i was already struggling with my daily life.

Worst Hyundai dealer i have ever been to,
Starting from their reception to their service
When booking the appointment they would tell you that it’s only gonna take 2 hours max for the service that you are getting but 2 hours is just waiting there and then the receptionist would come and tell you full with attitude that it is gonna take another 4 hours to do the job, minor service wow .

very bad experience they tried 6 time for approval without my concern and finance department forcing me to take gap insurance now i have 6 reports on my credit even my score was 730 very very bad experience.

Amazing experience while buying our car. We had no issues what so ever and everything was as smooth as it could be. Both Rocky and vikas were amazing in taking care of our needs and offered us a perfect car well with in our budget. Hats off to Glen as well for getting us approved by financing company. Highly recommended to look out for rocky if you are looking for your next Hyundai.
