One of the worst assembly jobs by their technician that I’ve ever experienced. Bought a $4500 dining table set. Upon delivery, they assembled it very unprofessionally. The table is not leveled, it’s moving up and down as you make any contact with it. The “technician” said that my floor is the problem. I disagreed and said that the floor is brand new and it’s leveled very well, his effort is the problem. Ive had it with this company, I’ve bought plenty of furniture from them, every time it’s a different problem. Going to call them and return this tomorrow. Absolute joke of a company. Once they take your money, they literally do not give a crap.

Delivery was on time , the guys did everything as expected !!

Visited the Trinity Common showroom. Variety is very good and we had been attended by Ishwinder and manager Kirti. They were very nice and helpful towards us. We bought almost all our furniture from there.
But the only cons was in delivery. The delivery guys were very unprofessional and they made number of marks and spots on the walls while placing the products to their place.

Don't buy from this location. Their customer service is worst.
Their price guarantee for 30 days is a joke. They will keep you hanging.
I bought furniture worth $12,000 and with that bundle I got different discounts.
Now I need to exchange the mattress (with 100 night comfort guarantee) and they are charging me full price because according to them this time they can not give me that discount.
I am just exchanging not buying and how come it is not in that bundle.
Please select the right mattress when you buy initially. If you exchange they will charge you a lot for the same thing.
