Best Aldo Outlet Store nearby located inside Shoppers World Brampton mall. Staff are good and cooperative. Few deals are always available. Store was maintained neatly and organized well. Benches were available for trying new shoes. Shoes and Bags Collection is huge. Can order online too and pick here at this branch.

I have been searching for a pair of shoes to go with a dress I am wearing for a wedding and didn’t even think to check out this outlet until the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit, I received awesome service from the associate named Chelsea plus I saved money with their BOGO 40% off option. I would recommend checking this store out for quality service and deals!

I had Bailey help me find shoes for my baby shower, she was amazing helping me find alternatives for high heals, she brought me so many options until I finally felt super comfortable in a pair and I was so happy I found some comfy shoes to last me all day for my baby shower. She is the sweetest and super patient, thanks again!

I wish i can give negative rating to this store. I bought shoes from the store which was lil bit bigger in size so i went to store to replace it with smaller size. I went to sales girl and asked her i want to replace my shoes (6.5 size) as i am looking for a size 6 and she gave me the shoes and told me to see if the pair is ok in size. I checked and then she went to Manager at the cash counter along with the box. Manager of the store was so rude. Her gestures and her expressions towards customers were inappropriate. At first , she was like as i have wore the shoes which i haven’t at-all. Then , in a rude way, she replaced my shoes and hand over me the box of shoes. But before leaving the counter, i thought to open a box and see if its really size 6 shoes but i found out that she has given me wrong box of 6.5 size( same box which i came to exchange) I asked her its a wrong box but she started yelling by saying its a right one . What if i haven’t checked the shoes over there? Its not my job to look at the box before leaving the store. Its their responsibility to do their job appropriately.The manager don't know how to do her job . Her action’s and gestures were showing that she is a racist . She don’t know anything about customer service.
