The reviews about awful phone experiences are true...I called and spoke to Mohammed at 10:30AM to inquire if they take used motor oil for recycling. He was very rude and obnoxious and asked why I am calling here. He then said where ever I bought it from, go there and don't waste his time and call back and proceeded to mumble something about "stupid" and hung up on me. I had to call back 4 times to get his name.

The best customer service ever in 23 years in canada, I always buy parts from them ,so I bought a rad for my car but unfortunately leaked after 6 ..7 months. They exchanged it fast same day, coz it was under warranty, no questions were asked, even I lost the receipt. So will definitely recommend advance auto parts 290 Rutherford rd brampton. Thanks ? ?

Highly appreciate their business and their truthfulness.I was super frustrated with my own mechanic when he coded price of 500 for something. I found the same thing for 300 from this shop . They have a very fair way of dealing.

Best prices in town. Looked for many parts of 2011 f350 superduty. All their prices were cheaper but the wheel bearing was 1/3 the price from other competitors. Everyone else was selling for 620 while his price was 250.

Absolutely worst people I've ever talked to and horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong part and then wanted to change 30% restocking fee even though they gave me the wrong part and then hung up on me as I was talking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I even gave it 1 star is because I had to give something. I can't believe you would tell at your customers like that. Absolutely horrible!!

Bought an interstate battery from this guy with a 5 year warranty, try to get it replaced or prorated after 3 years and tells me it’s NOT under warranty!!!!The sticker on the battery clearly states 5 YEAR warranty. Will be contacting Interstate regarding this retailer ?
