Bought a $800 Dreame L20 ultra. Right out of the box it was not working and giving many errors and fails. Vijay said to bring it back if it has any problems. Now they are saying there is no exchange/refunds. DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM HERE UNLESS YOU THOROUGHLY TEST IT.

Place is not organized at all. Prices are not fixed neither they are on the products.Staff is very rude. Everything is so dirty and looks expired. Worst sale ever. It was a total waster of time and money.

All the foundation we got was either expired or stored badly as it was dripping oil and water. Money wasted as we cannot open any thing to colour match or exchange/refund
