I had really very bad experience as i asked the front desk instead of telling she started arguing with me as she does not get her pay on time. It was on 20 december, 2024 night (friday) and thar girl has zero customer service, don't know how to talk nicely with the customers. She only knows how to use the mobile everytime instead of paying attention to the customers. Store should not keep such kind of staff members.

I came in today and bought a pack of cookies. I enjoy the cookies here since they bake them and I like how they’re soft. Tell me why when I came in today and bought a pack of cookies. I went home and when I took a bite of that cookie it was rock hard. It also looked different it was so white instead of a brownish colour. I called and let them know to bake them proper. But they just cut the call on me. Very rude ruined my whole day. Update: I came in yesterday and the owner was very kind. He gave me a refund and 2 packs! Best day everrr 😁😁

Edit: these negative reviews make total sense..not surprised..clearly the owner doesnt seem to care if theres consistent 1 star reviews spanning for months?

customer service pathetic i order throw uber and i order beer they accept my order then they dinned my order to give my driver 3 driver went there and they give it to they when i call store the lady pick up the phone and said i got order 11:01 then why you accepting the order she just hangup the phone don't know customer service don't know how to apologize .
