My first experience with a septic system and we had a sudden backup issue. Living close by, being the middle of winter, and after digging out the tank ports, I called Valley Wide and they were able to come the same day. Ross is not only a great guy, but gave us exemplary service. Being first timers, Ross explained how a septic tank works and provided advice on how to maintain it in the future. He also showed me the gunk he managed to knock out of the end of the intake pipe into the tank. My toilet now flushes and our sinks drain! Highly recommended.Service: Drain cleaning
