Times Designs is THE place to go to for all your fabric printing + embroidery needs! I ordered a custom tote bag from them and absolutely loved the finished product. Their customer service is top notch as well, with responses always being prompt and detailed. Support local and check them out!

So their advertised hours say they are open on Saturdays 9am- 1pm, and so does their answering machine. I am here at 10am, they are not. Lights off, doors locked. Please advertise the correct hours of operation, thank you.

When in today with a QR code to send off my package the girl working there was extremely rude and told me that they don’t accept it & I could take my QR code to Barrie. I was able to get a return slip from Amazon instead of the QR code & asked if she could print it off and was told no we don’t do that, I even offered to pay for her to print it off. The worst customer service, didn’t try to help rectify the issue at hand could care less.

I echo some of the other reviews on here the shipping centre for Purolator or FedEx put a bad wrap on the brands. Staff is rude and unwilling to be decent to people doing drop offs. Clearly this is a side hustle for them and not the main business. I would hope they learn how to be kind to customers.

Place is horrible, how is this a Purolator or FedEx depot when you pay for shipping online print tag off and then show up to ship it out and they say they don't have or sell packaging to ship stuff out, they just look at it and say mmmmmmh sorry your going to have to take it somewhere else. They don't even try to help customers.

Grateful for Trish and her team today, as my husband and I were having trouble shipping out a few packages. As newcomers to Bradford, we were unfamiliar with the area and Times Design was the closest FedEx partner available to us. Even though I’m sure my questions fell out of her scope of support (as a small business who is primarily a FedEx partner), Trish was able to provide guidance and made sure my husband and I followed all the right steps. In an instance where they could have easily left us stranded and turned us away, Times Design looked for opportunities to help and we will forever be thankful. Very disappointed with the awful and rude person I dealt with this evening when I went to return a package. She let me know they did not do what I needed. Barely spoke to me at all. Didn't say hello when she came out of the back and didn't help at all with how to proceed or where to go to fulfill my request. Didn't say bye when I left. Terrible experience.

Horrible customer service!!! I went there for my shipping needs and they were very unhelpful to say the least. They seem like very unhappy people and most likely won't be in business much longer.
