Terrible service at pharmacy. Personal is not working at all, just walking around and talk to each other's!! Three times I was coming to pick up my medication. All of them needs to be replaced and this location needs a good management!! blah!

Do you want your pharmacy experience, to have extraordinary wait times, frequent mistakes, high prices, and rude/inattentive staff? If so this is absolutely the pharmacy for you!!

It seems every time I go here they cannot give me my medication on the same day. The first time I went an hour after it was faxed from my doctor. They said it wasn’t ready. Okay, maybe I went to quick is all. The next time I went I went 5 hours after the medication was faxed and they couldn’t find it. I waited there patiently while they flopped around not knowing what to do before they realized they just left it in the fax machine and never thought once throughout the entire day to go and check it. Today I went 8 hours after the fax and I got some spiel about how they can’t give me my medication YET AGAIN. The only reason I keep coming here is because I keep forgetting to change me pharmacy. What kills me the most is that this place is empty most hours of the day, what are they doing all day and night?! This isn't just me who thinks this. If you look at the other reviews everyone says the same thing. You can ignore the obviously faked reviews calling “bernie” a breath of fresh air. Who actually thinks that thats how a real person talks? I just fear for anyone who may urgently need their medication if they ever go here because you will not get it.

Absolutely horrid customer service by the pharmacy team here. Wait is always 45 min to an hr. Pharmacist and assistants completely unable to process refill requests or first time scripts without issue.
Love Rexall but this location needs new management to address the issues.

Terrible .. over priced drug store!
Worst parking lot ever! Everytime I have a package to pick up… someone’s on their break and I cannot get my package. Hire another person and stop wasting ppls time ffs!

I have read the reviews on how bad the service at the Post Office and had experienced it in the past.However we just had the pleasure of dealing with Bernie. He truly was a breath of fresh air, very sweet and polite.Keep it up and have a great holiday season !

Post office makes up their own hours, came here 3 times according to the hours listed online and on my package slip to find it closed.

I switched pharmacies from Shopper’s to Rexall earlier this year and it’s been like a breath of fresh air. The pharmacy staff are polite, respectful, and have prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Basically the exact opposite of the Bradford Shopper’s Drug Mart.

Came by here to get a COVID vaccine. The place is very large and clean. The pharmacist who administered the shot was very sweet and gentle. I do see why some of the other reviews are negative, as there are only two people working so it’s quite slow. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience, and we even got some goodies for a good price to go.
