This has been the second time I have had the opportunity to go to karlos building supplies. Both times the experience has been very pleasurable. The elderly gentleman who is the owner took the time today to have a fantastic conversation with me. I will return for other products that I need as I go forward with my house. Thanks again for everything that you have done.

I recently ordered some materials from Karlos Building Supplies and one of the items was 3 cubic yards of 1/4 inche HPB , so they made the delivery and then I notice that they are short by a half cubic yard, So when I went there to order some more materials, I also brought to their attention that they were short on delivery of HPB, and got shocked by the reaction: so rude and unprofessional. I told them there is no way that I can be wonge, it is a simple calculation, I am filling a circle with 73 inch radius and after leveling it I am measuring 7 inch height. But the Owner was so disgusting rude that I came to believe that they are hiding something and it is a tand in this store. I even invited them to come and do the measurements. But since they already know what is going on they just continued to be rude. My suggestion don't deal with these people unless you really have to.

I delivered a load to this yard . Old guy in this yard has mental issues or something. Stay at home or learn some manners first .I have never encountered person like him he is racist and doesn't even now how to talk to people. Lady at the desk is really nice feel bad for her too. After reading reviews i felt she has to face these problems everyday. God bless her . Old guy needs to be in mental institution

WARNING!! SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND PERSONAL SAFETY!! I had to return a bag of aggregate stone and the guy kicked in the side of my Jeep door. Would not be surprised if this place is just a front for the mafia or other illegal operation.

I recently had a really bad time here when I went there to buy materials for my project. The customer service was terrible. When I saw an old, short man with a white beard and moustache outside, I went to ask him a question. And right from the start, he was rude. The guy seemed more interested in frowning at people than helping them. He treated me with disrespect and acted like my questions didn't matter. It was as if I was the one bothering him. The others there were fine, but I’m definitely not coming back here. The lack of professionalism from the this store was awful. I strongly recommend avoiding them if you need building materials. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your building supplies. You don’t want your day to be ruined because of people like them.

The manager of the store didn’t have any knowledge of what she is selling and she was rushing customers out to close everything down,she was so rude to us because we didn’t know that stores are not retanable and was going to charge them,it was the worst experience that I ever had

Today I experienced the worst customer service of my entire life.I went to this place with my 15 years old kids to buy some materials for my back yard project.when I got there I saw one short man with white mustache chatting with one truck driver.so I parked my car and waiting for my turn.this guy kept chatting until the driver mentioned him that I am waiting.then this guy turned to me and said go to office.I asked him that I go to office first or I load my materials first.he said grab ***(did not hear very clear) then go to office.I thought what he meant is that I load my materials first then go to office .so I loaded the first bag stone and asked my kids to load second bag for me.when my kids loading the second bag this guy approached my kids and started to yelling at my kids with F words to tell my kids put everything back to the pallets.I was very angry because his dirty words and rude manner to my kids.so I told him I am going to complain him.When I arrived the office front door this guy was in the office already.when he saw me he went out from office and don’t let me go into office.he threatened that if I tried to enter office he will punch my face.in fact he lifted his fist already.I said very loudly that I wanna talk to office manager.this guy said he is the manager.(Oh My God)after that one lady came to outside that told me that I shouldn’t load materials before coming to office.I told her that the guy told me to do so.then she said it’s a misunderstanding.I was wondering even it’s a misunderstanding,customer deserves the terrible service and personal threats？Disgusting experience and Violence Attack threat.Buyer beware.I have same question of most other reviews on here how are they still in business?
