“I took my grandson in to Under Armour at the Tanger Mall Cookstown for shoes and pants and was helped by Alex. “What a great experience! Lori/Laurie saved the day annd then made my day! I arrived at the Green Lane location to return some items I had ordered online. I didn’t realize I needed to bring the packing slip from the order as I assumed the online order on my account could be pulled up. Lori/Laurie found a solution and was able to find a step by step how-to process to work through the return without the original slip. She was delightful and funny while she tested each “should work” step and she was able to complete the return and eradicate my panic that I’d driven 35 minutes to ensure I met my return deadline only to have forgotten the required slip.She then also pointed me to the tack of returns where I might find pants in extra-long since my return was based on the long length not being long enough. I didn’t find on ya but I did find a fantastic must-have blazer!! The experience started off feeing like it was headed for disaster and Lori/Laurie was so committed to creating a solution and she quickly turned it all around. I’ll be back!!Suggestions: name tags for team members would allow us to give Lori/Laurie kudos while also getting her name right!And…. Please bring bootcut dress pants back in extra long!! Specifically the Bradley bootcut in solid classic colours (black, navy, dark grey)! We tall girls really need those 36” inseams!!”

I have been to other locations but I have to say that the Newmarket location is my favourite. It is always clean and neat, and the layout makes it so easy to have a great shopping experience. And a special shout-out and thank you to Rachel. She was warm, welcoming and so helpful with my specific search. She obviously knows the store and the products inside out, and she provided great feedback, as well as some really great clothing and pairing suggestions. While I was there, I also noted that she was just as kind and helpful to other customers, so great job! I will definitely be back!”

A staff person named Sandi went out of her way to help me find the perfect pair of jeans, after I'd been looking for many months and in many other stores. (And these were on sale too!) “One of my favourite thrifts to visit. I always find a vintage treasure here. It’s my go to for housewares and vintage decor. I haven’t been successful in the clothing department, I do find there prices higher then other thrifts for this. They now have a loyalty card where you can earn points which is a nice perk if you visit often. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly.The do have great hours open 6 days a week from 9am-9pm.If your thrifting in the Newmarket area don’t forget to check them out.
