I can't thank Bumper to Bumper enough for their exceptional service! When I found myself in a desperate situation with my car last Friday, they went above and beyond to help me out. The check engine light on my Honda Odyssey started to flash on my way north from Hamilton to Parry Sound. Their team was not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also incredibly friendly and understanding. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Bumper to Bumper for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repair. They truly care about their customers and provide top-notch service!

Mike and his team are exceptional, great service, reasonably priced, I can't say enough good things about them.
We recently started taking our cars there and will not go anywhere else.
They are knowledgeable and professional.
So glad a friend recommended we try them out.
We both drive Subaru's and they seem to be the only ones who really know our cars!

I have been there a couple of times now they worked on my Hyundai did the brakes and struts and some other issues
They are hands down some of the best people I have ever dealt with
They are very honest and trust worthy
Mike in my opinion is a real stand up person

A big thanks to Dan who has been absolutely AMAZING to interact with! He has phenomenal customer service and his willingness to help repair my older vehicle to make sure it’s safe for my teenagers to drive was evidenced by his detailed diagnosis of my car. He advised me which repairs needed attention immediately and which ones weren’t so urgent to address during this visit. Most honourable interaction with Dan. And get this, before I brought my car to Bumper to Bumper Auto Service Centre, I brought it to the dealership and they quoted me $5200!!!!!! Bumper to Bumper charged me $2200!!!!! Saving me THREE thousand dollars! I’ve been to many auto mechanics over the years and I always felt ripped off when paying the bill but with Bumper to Bumper, I have never felt that I was overcharged.
A special shout out to Mike who is the owner. I had brought the same older vehicle in because the rear window was down and we couldn’t put it back up because the sensor was broken. Mike had graciously fixed my window issue many times for FREE (and that’s how nice of a guy he is!!!) meanwhile, CRAPPY TIRE had quoted me over $100!!!! What a rip!
Lastly, the front receptionist is super friendly and nice!!!
I LOVE this place and I won’t be taking my car anywhere else! As a matter of fact, I’ll be telling EVERYONE that I know about Bumper to Bumper. Honest service that you can depend on!!!

Mike and his team were lifesavers. When my alternator died on the 400, I did a quick Google search for nearby shops. A call to Mike affirmed my choice: this was the right shop. I had the car towed to him at around 4:30, he ordered the part immediately, and it was fixed by 11:00 am the next day. No upsells, a very fair price, and truly excellent service.
I was coming back from a canoeing trip in Algonquin, and I live in Toronto, so I assumed that the shop would a) see an out-of-towner as an easy mark to suggest needless work, and b) would be reluctant to store my canoe inside overnight. Mike and his team were stellar - took care of me and my car in ways I've never seen! I am seriously thinking of making the drive an extra hour away for maintenance on my car due to the fair price, excellent service, and superb communication. I can't find a shop like this anywhere in Toronto.

Had a freak mishap to my 2009 Mercedes Benz 350 SLK that punctured my brake line in multiple places. The professional treatment and excellent work that I experienced from Mike McGraw's team in Bradford was quite wonderful. Shuttle service to the GO helped my wife and I attend the family gathering that we were on route to when we had the mechanical problem. And the timeline for the repair was right on time. Service above and beyond. And at a reasonable price. Can't say enough about how grateful we were to find Bumper to Bumper when we needed help.

Nothing but good things to say about this shop! They've done all the work on my F350 Hi Rail Truck when no one else in town would (because it's so heavy). Mike and his team get me in and out fast and back on the road. Their shuttle service is key as well if you're a night shift worker like me. Drop you off in the morning and pick you up at your door before they close! I WILL only use this garage from on! OWS Railroad Construction thanks you for keeping our fleet on the road?

One of the best Mechanics i’ve been to by far, Mike and his team have been very polite, generous and helpful while trying to a solution to my issue. They went above and beyond in not only treating me well but my car well too. if you need your problem fixed with people that have great generosity and honesty come to mike.

This team is great and very honorable. I had my car repaired and there was an issue brought it back five months later and was addressed right away. I had no issue paying for it as I understood. It was five months later and they told me not to worry and it was covered under warranty. We own a plumbing business in town and have a fleet of work trucks and have been around for almost 20 years. I cannot remember the last time the mechanic told me that it was covered under warranty. They always seem to find a reason to charge you for something that was already done. This particular visit was for my wife’s personal vehicle. I would definitely go back to them and use their services again. Thank you for the great job today and your honesty.
