“I ordered a pair of shorts in my size at the Bracebridge location from a different store. When I picked them up the young workers pointed out that they had a small stain and offered a 10% discount. I refused and asked if they could find another pair from a different location. No problem they found them and ordered them for me. Thanks for being honest. Lots of other stores wouldn’t have done that.”
