“What a terrible experience I just had at there Bracebridge store. My fiance received a hoodie from there for Xmas. He has the same one already so we went to exchange it and they won't let us because it was on our house wrapped under the tree so it smells like smoke . So I guess we are stuck with this $80 hoodie he doesn't need. The girl working was very rude and laughed at us on our way out the door as well. I'll never spend another penny there!!”
“We found ourselves in a little bit of a pickle when we arrived at the Santa's Village campground on Thanksgiving weekend to find the pool open and heated, not closed as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised to find a local store that not only had bathing suits for us and our grandsons but had them on sale! The service was exceptional! Can't wait to go back to shop the amazing clothing. This is a store that exemplifies small business service!”

“This is where I buy my socks and most of my workwear. Nice quality clothing, fairly priced, often good sales on. The store is well stocked and well organized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They've had a lot of the same staff members for a long time which is always a good sign in business, I would like to think they are happy there and treated well. The only caveat I have, and I know it's subjective, is they usually have really twangy country music loudly playing through the store. It's really off-putting to my ears and although it may be a popular choice in this area, it causes me (and many others I know have mentioned it too) to want to get out of there as quickly as possible. I'm sure I'd spend more time browsing if not for that. Otherwise, great spot with great people.”
