“We found ourselves in a little bit of a pickle when we arrived at the Santa's Village campground on Thanksgiving weekend to find the pool open and heated, not closed as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised to find a local store that not only had bathing suits for us and our grandsons but had them on sale! The service was exceptional! “What a terrible experience I just had at there Bracebridge store. My fiance received a hoodie from there for Xmas. He has the same one already so we went to exchange it and they won't let us because it was on our house wrapped under the tree so it smells like smoke . So I guess we are stuck with this $80 hoodie he doesn't need. The girl working was very rude and laughed at us on our way out the door as well. I'll never spend another penny there!!”
