Good store until you get to checkout. You gotta review how you offer your walmart credit card. Checkout took 20 minutes to get through due to the pushy check out lady not listening to elderly man saying no. Then after relenting it took more time for him to sign up, all while everyone waited.

It was a very bad experience, I do not recommend it to you. It was the first time I ordered online and it will be the last time I order online. I ordered online by phone and there were two options for the order to arrive. The first option was to receive it tomorrow and the second option was after two days and I paid extra money to receive the order as soon as possible, but they sent me an email the next day that you will not receive the order today and will receive it at the end of the next day. I called them and asked for a refund for the extra money I paid, they said we cannot refund your money. I do not understand why they put fast and slow delivery options and they cannot deliver it on time.

I am solely giving this review to Lori (or Laurie) from customer service. I called a few times (first hitting the correct department ext, and then called customer service) this morning to ask about inventory of frozen ball butter turkey and waited about 6 minutes to speak to someone from the food/meat department. I called back again after waiting and Lori was shocked my call hadn't been picked up up because she transferred me. She personally went to go look at the bunker for me even with her bad knee. Managers and owners: you need to hire more people like this woman who goes above and beyond for customer service. Thank you Lori and I apologize for the spelling of your name if it's not correct!!

Just a warning to customers that want to use self checkout and use the scanner gun to scan groceries in your cart one employee will harass you even though her manager tells her to let you use it :) she then will keep coming up and harassing you making checking out a stressful and frustrating. Oh she’ll also say “I don’t like this” under her breath after the manager told her! The scan gun is supposedly for “large items only” They in fact want you to take everything out of your cart and scan it across the scan pad(?) as if YOU we’re getting paid to do it :D isn’t that amazing! I am sad I wasn’t able to get the lady’s name but she had long black hair and was wearing a red bindi. She had an obvious control issues her job is to make sure the cash is running smoothly NOT to harass customers over and over again after we had asked her to leave us alone and push herself into ur space to double check ur scanning. Leave the thieves to asset protection and do your actual job.
Oh also their produce is objectively the worst I’ve seen in the area there a lot of rotten food. Though they have cute clothes but at this point I wouldn’t say those are even worth it.

Shelves are always empty, everything out of stock. Always dirty and smells like sour milk. The meat is disgusting - the chicken breasts are always super tough. Quality of the produce is terrible. The prices aren’t great any more either.

Never had any issues here. Clean and easy to get to with lots of spots to stop for lunch before you shop!
Love the staff very knowledgeable and helpful.
Bathrooms are clean and well kept.
Shelves always stocked and the vegan vegetarian options are plentiful here.

I was charged twice for an item, but I didn’t notice it right away and didn’t return the same day because the item was inexpensive. Four days later, when I went back to the store to buy something else, I went to customer service to address the issue. The representative was unhelpful and rolled her eyes, seeming annoyed that it had been four days since the mistake occurred. Although the extra charge was small and I didn’t make a fuss, I was displeased with her attitude.

Post the hours for buying a cell phone!! I went to the store by Uber and told oh, the telephone lady leaves at 7 p.m. Well post that with the hours! The store is open to 11. I didn't want technical help...just a phone!! Ridiculous waste of your customers' time.

Sometimes you can't find staff but when you do they are very helpful. The store is very clean and the crowd that shops here are decent.

They want to sell you an extended warranty for electronics and then they don't do anything about it with being a month and a half old. Don't waste your time and money every getting any electronics from Walmart. They're a scam. I'm done shopping at Walmart. This was the final straw.

I went there yesterday and picked up an item, it showed up 4 dollars more on the register. I happened to notice it and they did change it, but this has happened several times before and I never noticed it until I got home and let it go. This seems to be a regular practice with Walmart, in the US there is a massive lawsuit over this very same situation. They call it bait and switch. The premise being that most people will not notice it, therefore Walmart gets away with charging more that the price shows. From my experience this is massive in Canada as well. Please, please, check your receipts. Corporate greed knows no end.
