Sent a package November 23rd to the USA. It was as supposed to arrive at the latest November 27. Didn’t arrive until Dec 6th all because an employee didn’t check what documentation was required. Spent hours on the phone. Some long distance to the USA to get it sorted. Racked up my cell phone bill and absolutely no help from the store until I had already sorted it out myself. Will not be back.

RIPOFF AND PRICE GOUGING! Very opportunistic 😐
Went online to the UPS website to find a rate to send a single record out, was quoted $32 and one day shipping. After arriving to this UPS location the man told me it was going to be $50 and arrive by Wednesday. When I told him about to find a rate calculation after measuring it myself, he told me that online doesn't include insurance blah blah blah, and I asked him for the cheapest rate and he told me that I had to pay for insurance and such. What's the point of an online calculator when it's $18 more and a day later? Not sure if this location specifically is ripping people off or UPS themselves are through their website. Such a shame when Canada Post is on strike and we have to rely on these companies who choose to gouge and take the opportunity to rip people off.
I guess they figure that once you're in the store with your wrapped parcel that you're going to pay whatever they tell you.
CONSUMER BEWARE of UPS and more of a specifically THIS LOCATION. I left this store with my parcel and won't ever be returning back.

Great service, and they don’t even charge you for a bit of tape if needed to secure your package. Other UPS stores charge you which I think it’s terrible for customer service. Keep up the great work!

This UPS store was wonderful with assisting us with a rush printing order. We are not in Canada but the document needed to be printed at this location in Canada. They were very responsive and helpful. I am very appreciative of the gentleman on the phone. Other stores in the area couldn't assist us because we were international. Thank you!!

This is the most disorganized shipping place I’ve ever been to. Multiple days late on my package, damaged and the employee taking care of the situation had no idea what he was doing. He had to ask one of the drivers for help and wasn’t going to release my already overdue package. I now have to schedule an appt so they can inspect the package they all viewed at the store already. All I wanted was $5 for the one broken craft beer they broke. The drivers were throwing packages in the truck while I was there so I’m not surprised this happened. I dealt with Ryan on a previous day and he was knowledgeable and polite but ultimately it doesn’t make this place worth using.

HORRIBLE customer service - doesn’t even deserve one star! Very slow and I had to wait over half an hour to mail a package and I was the second in line! No hurry on her end to work faster even with 3 of us waiting. Unbelievable the lack of sense of urgency with no eye contact with those waiting. Ridiculous and just horrible - one person working and getting everything wrong with customer in front of me. How are these people even hired if not competent!

Victor was so kind and handled a busy rush so quickly! He helped me with a last minute printing project and made the time to ensure the layout was perfect. I’ll be coming back because of his great service!
