I went in and received the best customer service I've had in a long, long time, if ever by Craig. It is so rare to meet nice, quality, caring sales representatives. Great service, great products! I'll be back and be telling everyone I know about this great shopping experience. Can't wait to sleep on my new queen at the cottage!!!

Derick is the man!! Came in without much of a plan and he was informative, patient and HONEST. He also understood I came in there in the beginning stages of my searching so he didn’t pressure me to buy right then and there, great job Derick sleep country is lucky to have you!

Experience with sleep country was quite awesome. Derick who works in this store is knowledgeable and informative. You can ask anything related to different types of bed, quality, material and so on. He explains them all well and suggests which one to go for. I got a queen bed and it works fine so far. There are plenty of options and if you get to talk to Derick, he will make sure to clarify your questions. Bed and mattress protector were delivered in 2 days. This place is 10/10 and highly recommended.

If you want UNBIASED and REAL customer service come see Derick. We felt absolutely no pressure to purchase anything specific and he made sure we had the type of mattress we needed for both of our preferences and our budget. This man genuinely cares about the quality of our sleep and not how many $s we spent. He is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and joyful. Such a great experience.

It was our first time purchasing from Sleep Country Canada. The staff knowledge and buying experience exceeded our expectations. The salesman Derrick, went above and beyond. Not only did they Price match, but he was also able to give us a much better price then the competitors Pre Boxing Day sales. I highly recommend this store for any and all bedding needs .

Pleasant, knowledge staff, no rush, and helpful, we were choosing a bed for my 90 year old mother with electric base. My Mother is delighted with her choice, and has me thinking I should get a electric base!

This was our first time shopping at Sleep Country. We were looking for a king size mattress. Megan was so helpful. She spent so much time with us making sure we found the perfect mattress for us. She was so friendly and knowledgeable on all of the different mattresses. There was never any pressure to buy the most expensive mattress. She listened to our needs the entire time. I would highly recommend Sleep Country to find your perfect mattress and Megan to help match you with that mattress.

Went in not knowing exactly what I was looking for. A lovely Australian woman was friendly when I first walked in and promptly greeted me. ( I believe her name was Megan, but could be wrong) She answered all my questions and gave a great experience! 10/10 will Recommend this location!

Just got my new Dormeo mattress delivered yesterday. This morning is the first morning in a long time that I didn't wake up and say "ouch my freaking back." Megan helped me out, she understood what I needed and knows the products they're selling. I told her about my back problems and she recommended a few mattresses to try out. She did a great job, I got the mattress I need.The delivery was super easy, they were on time and set it right up for me.I'm actually excited to go to bed tonight, to bad I have to be up at 5am. All I want to do is sleep in : )
