I ordered a new battery online for my truck with this store. It was promised to be ready for pickup in 3 days. I called the store the same day I ordered to inquire if could be picked up a day earlier as I needed it. They said sure no problem. I received an email a couple of hours later that day informing me it was ready. Great service. Thanks very much.

Dishonest lying crooks.Bought roters and beake pads set , during 10% off through website. They didnt honor the discount saying its already in the price on website.Didnt end up installing, so returned within 40 days, and they charged 10% for restocking fee, website and call center agent state this should not be the case, and i should get full refund.Anyway.. beware of this location, check online website pricing and double check your pricing.AVOID if you can.

Customer experience was acceptable. Be careful purchasing parts from NAPA auto parts, as they do not stand behind their products.I purchase a 2 new products and installed them, then began to have over heating issues (which could have destroyed my engine if left unchecked). I took my truck to a garage to have the work verified, everything was installed perfectly.The over heating persisted, so I took my vehicle to the dealer to have the issue resolved. It cost me aprox $1200.00 to have the dealer discover the issue, it was a faulty part purchase from NAPA auto parts.When I contacted the local dealer, they offered to refund me the cost of the part (which is almost negligible compared to the repair cost).I was told that it is not NAPA auto parts responsibility to cover any cost incurred due to their sub-par and faulty parts.In short, be very aware when purchasing parts from this company. They do not take responsibility for their product.
